"Sprinkler Doctors responded to my initial request quickly, and based on the information they recommended a 1-hour system check and not a complete change-out as I thought I wanted/needed. So I set up a system check. Mark arrived on time and we walked through the system. In that 1-hour span, he fixed the valve, corrected two leaks including capping an old line, , reran a drip line, discussed other irrigation system ideas/limitations, and tested all the work. Instead of spending $500+ it was all fixed for $85. Mark was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this company."

It really only meant an inspection, with recommendations. The guy who came out was punctual and very nice, very professional. Later, after I complained in my review that I didn't receive the service I thought I had signed up for, the owner of the company called me to apologize and promptly refunded my money in full. So, I'm not sure of the quality of work this company does (I couldn't afford to completely re-install my sprinkler system, as was recommended and as I know would be a good idea for my front lawn), but they were certainly responsive, ethical, and professional, which speaks volumes."
