the best you could have with a security company. From the initial walkthrough assessment
through to installation and follow up, Larry and team were on point on every
occasion. The 3rd party camera installers were also wonderful and Larry showed
up in the middle of the installation just to see how things were going and give
me a personal tutorial on how to configure and monitor the cameras via mobile
app and internet. They were neat and tidy, always being conscious of our
carpets and walls. It's an absolutely professional looking job yet the cost was
significantly lower than I was quoted from other companies. Our system is also
professionally monitored by Dynamark, who were lightning fast in responding to
the one false alarm we've had so far (more to come I'm sure, LoL).
All in all, every expectation I had was exceeded. I'm looking

I have never had to use an investigative agency, I would not have known where to look or how to evaluate their work. Cavallo and Associates took a potentially thorny situation and demystified it. They were professional, compassionate, tenacious, they kept me informed at at times. They kept me informed by emailing me, by calling me. They coped with my crazy hours, they did everything they had to do to make sure I had the information I needed. They went above and beyond the call of duty. "I bought an Angie's List big deal for two hours of labor and spoke with Justin right away to see if that would cover the installation I wanted done and he confirmed it was very possible but given my home is two story with no attic access in the living room there was potential for surprises.  They were very flexible about scheduling and I felt up front an honest about the cost estimate.  The appointment was for 11am the day of the install and he called shortly before to say the previous job was running over and would arrive at noon.  Almost nobody gives an exact time  in this world and to call and say he would be 1 hour "late" I felt was very reasonable.  I do not feel my time was wasted at all.  Justin was very friendly from the time he knocked on the door and extremely professional.  He talked me through the entire job and communicated all of the issues with running wire through the ceiling.  I felt Justin was very prudent and mindful of trying to complete the job on my budget without cutting corners.  When the wiring was complete, Justin was very honest that having him patch  the holes in the drywall was not necessarily cost effective.  Here is where he went above and beyond.  He offered to connect me with a drywall specialist that he uses regularly for bigger jobs.  Before Justin left, he had me an appointment with the drywall specialist for the next day even though it was a Saturday.  The drywaller did an excellent job as well and was affordable.  To have a small but complicated install completed really within 24hrs was fantastic in my opinion.  Justin gave me great feedback so I could complete the calibration of my surround sound myself and I could not be happier with my entire experience.  My wife could care less if we had surround sound and Angie's List and Infinity HD made it affordable enough for me to get what I wanted.  It was clear from the Infinity HD website that I was a very small customer for them and not once did Justin make me feel that way.  If I ever decide to expand my audio experience to the patio or where ever, I will contact Infinity HD without hesitation and I am recommending them to friends I know that want similar services.  Thanks Justin!  The speakers sound awesome!
