"Mr Holden was very quick in responding to me request for an estimate, in fact here was at our home within 3 hours of my inquiry. I had some estimates for Gutters, and siding, as well as a structural issue with a Bay Window in the front of our home. Mr Holden clearly explained what was needed to correct all the issues we ha with the repairs we needed and gave me a quote for thew repairs. After some negotiation we agreed to a price and we shook on the deal. His crew arrived the very next morning and immediately began replacing the fascia boards and soffit and gutters, we also agreed on a price to repair the structural issues with the roof and bay window, as well as replacing the old ceder siding with new vinyl. His entire crew was extremely professional and hard working. They worked very hard for 5 days completely this big project and I could not be more impressed with the workmanship and attention to detail, especially their lead guy Diego, He was a perfectionist as well as the entire crew. I would HIGHLY recommend Anthony Holden Remodeling to any and all of my friends. My Wife and I are literally back in love with our home after this work was completed. "Eric did a great job while giving me my quote. He was very knowledgeable and found some issues with my siding that I hadnt noticed yet. He showed me the product that DaBella was offering and the differences in other siding materials. He worked very hard to make the siding replacement quote affordable and fit all of our needs. "Upon arrival he and his employee did an amazing job prepping the home and repairing wear and cracks to a home that has been left for at least 10 years. He provided DunnEdwards evershield premium paint throughout. Not only did he do the exterior of the house...he applied a third coat to the western wall for durability, painted the walls either side of the house facing the street to match( I am on a half acre lot so far more wall than average). He also painted the interior of the walls in the backyard.
I asked for a twist in the application of the colour scheme choosing to paint an interior courtyard wall in a trim accent colour. This and all else was done perfectly and at a very high standard. There was no rush to get in and get out, rather stay until it was perfect and made sure I was totally satisfied.
I cannot recommend him enough for his abilities, knowledge and work ethics. Truly a rare tradesman today  and someone to hold onto for future projects and for your friends.

received 9 bids. Rene the owner of Express Roofing come out to quote the  roof as well. What he had to say compared what the other roofers had to say is why we picked Express Roofing. Rene went thru in details and explaned what and how he was going to do. Verses the other roofers were allot more vague. Rene had his pencil sharpened and ready.

There were a total of three people I communicated with during the process. After accepting and giving the"OK' to work I was contacted by a gentleman names Jeff "office manager". Very impressed with the commumication from Jeff. He kept me informed via email and always returned or  answered my phone calls same day for the most part.

The third person I had allot of contact with was Ricardo, ( Job foreman) I would get up in the morning (still dark) There would be Ricardo waiting for other workers to show up. Once able to see (sun up) Work begain, And didn't stop till dark. The crew cleaned up at the end of the day very well leaving no messes from previous day.  Very impressed!!

 The crew worked five straight day till completion. Workers very detailed and everything was done to my liking.

As for the "charge ups. (additional work that needed to be done on top of original bid) Very fair and worked with me.

Express roofing was not the cheapest bid, but not the most expensive.

"My wife and I are very pleased with Frontline Consultants & Contracting. We have needed to replace our roof for sometime now and Frontline gave us a more then reasonable price. "Gary arrived for the estimate at the appointed time and provided the written estimate approximately a week later. I had to get estimates from other contractors which has taken several weeks. I finally selected Gary and emailed him a signed copy of the estimate with a note that a check was at my home for him (I am working out of state) and asking when work would commence. As of this date, I have still not had a response.
Update - Gary has been sick with the flu. Work will commence on my storm repairs next week.

"After dealing with a flat tire (it happens) Agusto arrived to provide an estimate for a roof repair and to assess the overall health of the roof.. I provided my email address for the written estimate. It's been over a week and I have not received the estimate nor received any other type of follow up. I have already had the roof repaired by someone else."

"I chose them because the pitch man convinced me they were the best and they were $260  while others I called were $300 and adding termite inspection was $325 and his was included in the $260. On Monday morning at 8am of the planned inspection day, we found the 'current' owner had not turned the electricity on thus, the inspection could not take place. We were emailed the bill would be an additional $65 for the trip charge as it was a good 100 miles round trip and our error, not theirs. I felt bad so I accepted the additional charge. There went my saving a buck. Next we were emailed a new appointment day, Thursday at  11am. The inspector arrived Thursday at 8am.  Needless to say, it confused my whole day arriving three hours early. The inspector really did a good job, explaining everything to me so that I understood. Then he presented me with a $325 bill that we had agreed on and I paid. It being early in the morning I wasn't thinking clearly but later I called the business office and said  -  "Since we have an email stating 11am and the inspector showed up at 8am, your mistake, so I should get my $65 back from the trip charge when it was our mistake." The business office wanted nothing to do with that idea. The $65 was for the extra time and mileage, she said. What about the disruption to my schedule showing up at the wrong time. It didn't matter. Every other time I spoke with the woman in the office she was very kind but suddenly she wasn't any more.  Because they strictly wouldn't change the bill when it was their fault and because they are so far away, I will not use this company again.
