"We would hire Sunny Day again. My wife and I are very happy with the kitchen remodel, Sunny Day delivered on everything they promised and then some. Joe and his crew made the process easy on me and my family, meeting deadlines, keeping the work place clean, accepting deliveries, and delivering a quality product. When we met Joe for the first time I aksed him if his Mom wrote some of these reviews, but now having seen his work, and professionlism throutout this process I now know how those other satisfied customers felt."

"I was interested in adding a bathroom to my basement and when I received the quote, it was very reasonable. I was not ready to start immediately but he was sure to follow up with me. He was very professional with a very clear contract and completed the work on time as he said he would. The team was very mannerable while in my home and communicated well throughout the process. The work looks great and I am very pleased. I will most definitely being hiring Precision Framing for upcoming home projects."

You can use HomeAdvisor to help evaluate a contractor’s qualifications. We put pros through a screening process, and award badges to high-performing contractors. You can find these badges on a pro’s HomeAdvisor profile, and sometimes, his or her website.
Your research doesn’t stop here. Once you’ve found a few prospective companies, make an call to ask a few questions about work history, licensure and more:
In most cases, the responses you get to these three questions will give you a very good idea of the right pro for your project. If you have more than one front-runner, these additional questions can help you narrow it down.
Any good contractor will answer these questions, and most will appreciate dealing with a client that takes such an active interest in finding good service. On the other hand, if a contractor gives you a hard time with these questions, you probably want to find someone else.
