"Allen was responsive right away via email and text message. He was on-time and/or early for estimate and on the work day. Bathroom and floor look incredible. He installed a product called enduroshield (sp?). It works as promised. Water beads right off of tile and grout, it's amazing to watch. Allen also gave good advice on how to preserve the existing tile. Would definitely hire him again."

"I bought the deal off of Angie's List of the $99 Faucet Installation.  I needed to replace the tub handles and spout (I provided the new ones). I didn't want to deal with this myself, as it seems I always make it worse than how it started originally!  The guy showed up (sorry, can't remember name!), and he was very polite, thorough, and did the job very quickly.  He could have done a better job caulking, as the old stuff was still on the tub/walls and wasn't removed.  Overall, was very pleased and would use them again.

They went above and beyond by coordinating the installation of several appliances at one time even though the company we purchased from said we couldn't do that. Michelle, the office manager, was wonderfully helpful in the coordination of everything, and their installers, Oakly and Jordan, did an amazing job of installing all the appliances and took the time to explain the operation to us. "What they actually cleaned, they cleaned well.  Left many things undone, and unacceptable shortcuts taken.  Did not clean under beds.  Anything on the floor was piled on top of the beds, including trash, and left there.  Stuff left on the floor under beds, by walls and nightstands.  Some sections of furniture were not touched as far as dusting.  1 entire wall unit/bookshelf in the living room was not touched.  Cobwebs in several corners remained.  Stove and fridge were done well.  A team of 3 was there for 3 hours, yet I was charged for 10 or 11 hours.

"Difficult job - in hind-sight, both doors should have been replaced. Original bid was for replacement of one of the doors and repair of the other.  The repairman decided to attempt repair of both doors.

"Vlad is a talented handyman. He cleaned & repaired gutters. Replaced our damaged window with a beautiful glass block. Tore out wet damaged sheetrock. Replaced new sheetrock, wanes coating, trim, matching wall paint color perfectly. Additional ceiling sheetrock repaired from another water leak. The ceiling matches perfectly. Talented & willing handyman. My husband has dementia, and is no longer able to complete these repairs we had adding up around our older home. We had our toilet plug, he responded with yes I can take care of it. Several window cranks needed to be replaced. Vlad bought parts required & replaced these as well. My initial consultation was for storm damage, gutters, window well & interior sheetrock repair. He gave me an estimate for the big construction. While he was here he was so awesome to add these other smaller repairs. I have a few more projects to tackle & Reliable Handyman, Vlad will be who I reach out to for my future repairs.
