"<p>Rob called us back very quickly and setup a meeting to review the master bedroom for the changes we wanted.  He was very thorough and creative.  He listened carefully and made suggestions.  He charges by the hour plus materials.  He gave us a bid within a few days.  His schedule was full for several weeks, but when he got a schedule change he called to see if we wanted to move our date up to the next week.  We proceeded the next Monday.  He and his people showed up on time each day. They were very professional and conscientious about protecting our home from their equipment and the dust created.</p> <p>We designed the components to stand on either side of our bed, and he worked with us to create these unique cabinets and helped us save money on the build by finding some premade cabinets that could be used as part of the cabinets.  Wainscoting was put around the room.  Beams were added to the ceiling. A build out of part of the ceiling was done to create balance.  Wood ceiling was put in.  The current ceiling fan outlet was moved to be centered in the room and new celling fan installed </p> <p>In an area created by a dormer where there was a ceiling angled down to 3 feet high, drawers were built in with a shelf.  The room was painted as well.  It took one week which included time spent shopping for supplies.</p> <p>The work is gorgeous and exactly how we had hoped.  We really appreciated his professionalism, communication and skills.  Very easy to work with and would definitely use him again.  Very competent and creative.  </p> <p>Thrilled with the results!</p> <br />"

"Our project involved replacing siding on our garage, replacing soffits all the way around the house, and installing a couple windows that I had already purchased. Each of these parts was performed at a different time by different crews. The window installation went perfectly. The installers did a good job, worked quickly and efficiently, and cleaned up the mess before leaving the job site. The siding project ended up being very good, although the initial installation was performed by a somewhat inexperienced crew. When a rep from the company came out to inspect their work, we pointed out a number of flaws. The rep agreed that is wasn't a perfect job, and sent another crew to completely remove the siding and do a proper installation job. We are quite satisfied with the final outcome and the overall professionalism of Lindus working to make things right. The soffit installation went smoothly and quickly. Once again the workers did an excellent job and cleaned up their mess before leaving. I would recommend Lindus because in the end, the entire project met our expectations and they stand behind their work."

They opened up an exterior wall to add a family room off our kitchen with a walk-in closet/mud room and new entry area.
