"EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE Eddie visited our house the very day we called about our water heater. He came out, inspected the very tough location where the water heater is located and delivered an estimate with 3 options on the spot. We decided which direction to go and let Eddie know at which time he promptly scheduled our installation. On the day of install he arrived when he said he would, put down every type of floor protection you can imagine and proceeded the very difficult task of manipulating a 50 gallon water heater out of a small closet 10 feet up in the air. He worked with his partner to remove the old one, replumbed and installed the new one, again in a very tight space. Eddie ran all new venting to the outside, added electronic monitoring, and crawled under the house several times to make certain the drains were all functioning properly. We could not ask for better service and the attention to detail was amazing. This is our second experience with Excalibur Plumbing and they have both been wonderful experiences. "I've had experience with good plumbers and not-so-good plumbers, and I have to say that Good Clean Plumbing is an exceptional company. After receiving several quotes for an emergency grinder pump and panel replacement, they were able to give me a fair quote quickly, were thorough in their assessment and recommendations, and worked fast and clean on the day of the repair. The pump replacement felt white glove and like I was a valued customer from the first visit through install day. "After scheduling the work, Roger called me back to talk through my situation to make sure the testing they could do would meet my expectations. Chris arrived 10 minutes early, discussed my situation with me, explained some work options and gave me his recommendation on how to proceed. He then surveyed our drains with the camera, identifying all of the drain sources and how they connected to the main line. He talked it through with me to make sure I was following along, answered my questions and showed me what he was seeing on the camera. He then plugged the drain with a test ball and filled the system. After seeing no significant drop in water level after 15 minutes he repeated the test with the drains plugged in a couple of different positions with the same result. No significant leaks! Best money I ever spent on a plumber! Chris offered a couple of possible explanations for how the previous plumber's test may have shown leakage. I grilled him with some very specific and repeated questions to make sure I knew exactly what he was thinking. He was happy to talk through it all and made sure I was informed and satisfied with the answers. Most helpful was that throughout his work he explained to me what he was doing and showed me what he was seeing -- camera views and water levels. So in the end, I had zero feeling that I was just taking his word for it on anything. All around, this was a very positive experience and I'll certainly call Roger's again if the need arises."
