"I contacted One Call Roofing to see if they would install metal hooks adjacent to my gutters across the front of our house. I wanted the hooks to be permanent and evenly spaced across the front of the house so I could then affix our Christmas lights each year. Our roof is roughly 30' and I don't want to buy a $400 ladder and then also run the risk of falling 30' to an untimely fate. So my game-plan is to use a extender tool out the top windows to hang lights on these hooks.

I wasn't sure who to call to get this job done. I started with some "handy men" recommended on Angie's List. Unfortunately none of the "handy men" did this type of work and/or didn't have a ladder tall enough to reach a 30' roof.

Then on Thursday afternoon I started to call several roofing companies recommended on Angie's List. Surprisingly none of the 5 top rated roofing companies would do it - except One Call Roofing. I talked to Steve at One Call directly and he told me that while they had never done anything like that before, he would be glad to try to help me out. That was late Thursday afternoon. Around 8:00am Friday morning One Call stopped by the house to a**** what size ladder they would need. Then an hour later Steve called me back to say they could do the job and gave me a really fair quote. He also told me that he understood I wanted this job completed for Christmas lights and said he could have someone out first thing on tomorrow (Saturday) morning.

At 7:30am on Saturday morning it was 32F outside and One Call pulled into the driveway with the ladder for the job. They installed the hooks promptly and exactly in accordance with the specifications I had requested.

My experience with One Call was that everyone I spoke with (3 folks in all) were very professional, punctual, and did the job perfectly. When my roof needs replacement in a few years I'm definitely calling One Call Roofing.

"These guys are amazing. They did have to push the install back 2 days due to vehicle maintenance issue. However, the timely communication from them was outstanding. I am 100% satisfied with their work and the fact that due to the minor delay, they brought in more workers to complete a two day job in just one day."

"Top Gutter service was great. Our estimate was scheduled within days of contacting Angi. Price was lower or comparable to other contractors. Work was completed within one week of meeting with Jerry and receiving our estimate. Workers were very professional and courteous. I would hire them again and have recommended them to friends and family."

"Excellent Service! Mr. Spann was on time and was very professional; he took the time to review what was going to be installed, how, and if I had any questions. During the installation process, if I had a question, he took time to answer it with utmost professionalism. The installed gutters look great and he installed them in record time. I called around before selecting Spann Brothers, and he had the best prices and availability. He went past the "standard" install and went that extra mile to check his work and address any issues that arose (there were only questions, his work was fantastic). Would I recommend Spann Brothers LLC? You bet I would!!!

"I was worried. We just installed stone pavers on our deck the length of the back of the house and with no gutters to hold the paver sand in place, paver cement was cracking and wide gaps between the pavers were visible. Eric of Simpley Seamless Gutters came to our rescue. Once he looked at our situation, he was able to work us into his schedule immediately and work started the next day. All I can say is...I am so happy. Eric's team is polite and professional. They did an excellent job - they were finished in half a day. I strongly recommend Simpley Seamless Gutters for your gutter issues. Thank you Eric!"

"They are very professional, and go above and beyond for their customers!
Mr. Klein was very helpful, came over when insurance adjuster was here, to help with questions I wouldn't of thought of.
They were always prompt, friendly, cheerful and courteous, and let me know what they were doing and why.
I have not had a problem with leakage since they fixed the roof, and would and will call them again when something need replaced or fixed in my house.
