"Great experience. Harmond W diagnosed the issue within the first 10 minutes of our interactive video session. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"It was amazing to have the level of courtesy and professionalism from them. I called around 10am, had a tech out shortly after noon on same day, which all other places were days or weeks out. Norman was polite and extremely knowledgeable on the operating system and was able to fix a factory loose connection in a matter of minutes. The place I purchased unit from would not come out until middle of next month, so that shows the level of service they offer to their own customers. Well worth the service call fee which was considerable less than 3 other places I had called and was told several days/weeks. Will definitely suggest and use them myself should I need any other appliance repairs. Thank You Norman for being an Honest man for fixing problem instead of trying to suggest/sell unnecessary parts. Gives me hope that honesty and integrity still exists in this world."

"Great experience and super service! The oven control panel had to be replaced; Tim checked to be sure it was getting power, then replaced the control panel and it works perfectly now! Also, I thought I needed a new icemaker in a 3-year old LG fridge, but Tim looked at it and realized that one of the arms that pushes out the ice cubes was bent over another arm. He straightened it out and that enabled it to recycle and start working again! So he saved me from replacing an expensive part. Tim proves that there are still reasonable and honest repair people out there. Thanks to Angie's List, I found a gem who will now be my go-to guy for all appliance repairs I need!"

He gave us a quote for the work that needed to be done and discussed the merits of spending that much on an older machine. We decided not to do the repair, but will definitely call this company for any future appliance repairs."

"He did not have the parts needed to complete the repair. I paid $140 down and will pay another $140 when the parts come in to be installed. There are several parts needed and the labor is also figured into the total cost. I'm saving about $100.00 by not buying a new unit. The tech was very knowledgeable and professional. His company is one of the few that work on microwaves."

"Kade from KSM plumbing called to let me know that he was on his way. When he arrived he introduced himself. He showed me the new equipment he was going to install. I told him that a friend of mine wanted the old sink. He said okay and we found a place to put it.He showed me the new faucet, which is exactly what I wanted. He then proceeded with the job. He was very professional and informed me right away when there was a hiccup with the installation. One of the valves that turn off the water to the sink was corrupt. He got two new valves, which I am glad the he did. The plumbing was original. The house was built in 1995. I am very pleased with the job and will use KSM again when I am in need for a plumbing service that I can trust and does excellent work,
