They had to move some items in the garage to get to the door, and put everything back just as it was. They cleaned up everything when finished. "We had the Geek Squad out 3 times to repair our dishwasher. It was worse after each visit. The 4th time I called them to try and get it done again they said that our warranty had ran out. But 5hat if we wanted to pay them they would come back out. Yeah rite! So we were blessed to be in contact with Bergen Co, LLC. It took him an hour to assess the situation and fix it. We plan to have them back out to do some more work for us."

"Brandon and his partner repaired our privacy vinyl fence and fence gate that for several years has been extremely hard to open. The vinyl fence had settled, over the years, and now had gaps where it should have been a tight privacy fence, and caused the gate to be very hard to open and close. Brandon did an excellent job removing the posts, re-cementing them into the ground, placing 4x4 wooden posts in the vinyl posts (that should have been placed when the fence was installed 9 years ago.) Our gate now opens without any difficulty, and the gaps are gone. I'm so glad we found Brandon, and look forward to calling on his company again for any future home repairs."

I talked with the and quot;head guyand quot; about my roof indicating I had lost several shingles and he said he would come and check it out. I had purchased an Angies List voucher for a roof inspection and minor repair. We discussed this and I understood it, of course, would not include roofing.

After touring my roof he said all the roof cap shingles would have to be replaced and gave me a price. No, he did not discount the $79 I had paid for the AL voucher(?). Seemed to think that was okay. Said it would take x number of shingle bundles. He left for quite a while...said he crew would be there within 30 minutes..wrong again. He arrives, crew arrives. Heard him and crew talking and crew said it wouldn't take nearly that many bundles. He comes in to leave and collect (before job is completed). I said not paying until job is done, besides heard the conversation so need to change price. We did.

Overall, he was arrogant, indifferent and not pleasant to deal with. However, his crew was wonderful. Worked hard and at the end did some extra for me. I feel sorry for them having to work for such a pompous person.
