"Tim did a great job with the replacement of our water heater. Even though it was the day after Thanksgiving he moved some of his other appointments around to come to our home that afternoon. Tim and his assistant were careful to put on shoe covers in the house and to observe COVID 19 precautions. The job required more complicated plumbing since we have a desuperheater loop from our geothermal heat pump that connects to the water heater; the additional charge for this work was minimal. Tim was here until after 5:00 that evening, with the result that we had hot water over the weekend."

"The water heater in my rental property gave up after "only" 25 years! I almost called Lowe's in New Bern (rental is in Oriental), but they didn't carry Rheems, only Whirlpools and another brand Consumer Reports doesn't rate very highly. After getting several estimates, I chose Scott. They had the 60 gallon model I wanted, came on time the very next day, were quick and professional, and in about two hours I had a new electric water heater w/PEX hookups. They carted away the old, rusted tank, and I now have happy tenants. Thanks, Scott."

"The yearly service works out to be $50 a month. We've had two water heaters replaced through them because of a fault in them. They're usually very responsive. I like that I can request the service online. The only thing is, I wish that there was a better avenue for emergency services. If something doesn't work right away usually it takes a couple of days to get someone out and sometimes you can't wait two days without water."
