"We had an older Heatmaker combination unit boiler that was 32 years old that needed to be replaced. We started out with several estimates and first decided what could be used in our space constrained garage. We decided on a Navien combination unit and focused a obtained a couple more estimates. Dawson in fact was one of the last estimates we obtained. While Dave from Dawson had the benefit of us being well along the learning curve, he was able to answer all of our questions about the new unit and how best to solve the condensate dilemma. He even was spot on with regards to treating our well water to minimize scale buildup in our new boiler. We knew we had reached that point where we felt we had found the best installer in Dave. Dave verified his condensate solution with the local township inspector and we scheduled the install date in two weeks. Carlos and Pablo showed up on time and dismantled the old unit and piping and did a first rate and well thought out installation job. Carlos had extensive experience installing these Navien units and it really showed. They managed to work in a tight space that PSE&G’s installers would not have with relocating a well tank. After all the plumbing was done, Ricky did the electrical work and adjusted some final dip switch settings before firing up the new boiler. Dave and his crew really are top notch. His front office staff (Wanda and Ondrea) made the PSE&G interest free financing and permitting approval process seemless. We are looking forward to the operation and efficiency of our new high efficiency boiler for years to come. "The "Trane" AC that they installed for me is really good. I'm comparing with the old one that was swapped out, so maybe most new AC systems are equally good, as some others have told me, but anyhow I'm happy with the new AC. The crew that came to do the work are mostly very professional. One guy was kind of a goof though... I had some issues with electrical inspection as the new AC requires breaker and fuse to be 35amp max. In the end I had to have the whole breaker panel replaced, and replaced the fuses myself. I would like to have known this ahead of time, but Mario was in touch the whole time to give advises. I think they do the best within their capabilities, and I respect that."

"The initial technician who came first diagnosed the issue wrongly and asked to replace the gas valve and the estimate was very high. But the team who came to do the actual installation ( Sam and Subie) were very knowledgeable and identified the issue to be very low pilot flame. They replaced the pilot assembly for 20% of the initial estimated cost and advanced professional promptly sent a check for the balance from the initial deposit. Sam and subie was very professional and the issue is resolved. Definitely recommend their service."
