He was instrumental in convincing the warranty company to replace the entire condenser unit rather than continue putting band-aid fixes to this ancient unit. "this was a generac generator.  An electrical panel had to be installed in my basement also.  It went well, and they were did all they said they would do.   
There are costs to generators that buyers may not be aware.   There is a yearly maintenance cost of 267.00.  My generator stopped working this winter.   It goes off every Friday as a test and there is a light on it that should glow green.  It did not go off and the light was red.  The company came and started it right away.   However, they said that one way I could make sure this would not happen is to purchase a winterizer kit.  Since it was three days before we had a blizzard, I decided to get it installed for $481.00.  I would think that generic would be able to make generators that would not need these kits?
I gave the company all A's because they did do a good job, and were great at everything.
