"I contacted Petrocelli Services and relayed potential HVAC issues raised by a home inspector on a property my wife and I were purchasing in Austin, TX. I spoke with both Krystal Mitchell and owner Joe Petrocelli. We needed the HVAC inspection performed quickly to stay within a 'purchase option' time period. Petrocelli Services were extremely responsive in scheduling, conducting an inspection and assuring us that the home's HVAC system had no issues to be concerned over. Joe Petrocelli the owner personally talked with me and relayed there was no cause for any concerns, but if anything ever arose in the future to keep them in mind :-)… We certainly will keep Petrocelli Services in mind, and have no reservations in recommending them to anyone requiring HVAC service in the Austin area.
