"The contract session was with Stephan Boyer. He was very through and informative. We knew exactly what we were getting and what to expect. Chris Renda and his crew showed up as promised. They showed up with all materials and immediately started work. The crew took no breaks and barely took time for lunch.. Chris Renda kept us infomed of everything going on.He found that our dormers had not been wrapped or waterproofed so he removed all the siding and began wrapping and waterproofing the dormers for us! The crew took 5 days of hard nonstop work installing our beautiful new patina green metal roof. We are completely satisfied! !

"Service was excellent. Work was done in a timely manner. Took 5 days for this big job and they always cleaned up after themselves everyday. Crew was very knowledgeable and professional. Went out of their way to be sure I was satisfied with their work. My home is now safe and properly supported. They worked with me on financing and budgeting and I will be hiring them again to do the 2nd portion of my foundation repair (replacing an outer band and increasing straightness of floors) once I pay this off or at least down some. But for now I know my house is safe and my floors are sturdy. I will leave another review once I have more work done. Greg McBride was great. Highly recommend this company. "Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
