"Overall, this was an excellent experience. Despire his stated price policy of $50 for the diagnostic and $100 for labor, he only charged me $100 for the whole thing. My PC has been running just fine since getting it home three days ago, so Mr. Vitebski seems to have fixed the problem.
I would not hesitate to recommend NY PC Clinic to anyone.

"Albert Thiel, of Your Data Center, took a rats nest of cat 5 wires and neatly tied them into a patch panel and switch. Al also did a very neat job terminating them to multiple wall outlets . Al also fine tuned the network and corrected some miss wiring that was done by a “friend.” Al is extremely knowledgeable of computer networks and makes it look so easy. I would not hesitate to hire him for my next network job."

"Computer did the "gotta send info to Microsoft" but when tried to reboot it ran through automatic repair without success. I did all the alternative without any success. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."

"Wow!! I highly recommend All American Solutions to help you with any computer issues you may have! Bob promptly contacted me after I put the word out that I needed help. He clearly stated the services that he provides. There is one charge no matter how long it takes to service the computer. In my case the issues were many and somewhat involved so there was no quick fix. There were lots of malware floating everywhere -- in the browser and the computer and lots of registry issues. I would guess that he spent at least several hours in total on my computer. Everything works like it's new now. And the company hires US military veterans so that is also something that warms my heart. Bob is a true professional who knows his way around a computer."

"I had purchased a big deal for the service and it did not turn out very well. The big deal was $49 for a remote computer tune up. He got back to me right away and then he did not call me back for a while. He did a complete scan because he messed it up. I felt like he could have been more professional. I ended up trying to contact him a couple of times. There were no additional charges. I appreciate that he did a complete scan instead of a partial. The computer is running faster to an extent. There was a little bit of an improvement and I used another company after which I saw a huge difference. He tried to make it up."
