"I got a call from Kyle around 4:55 pm. He said he was able to come out around 7 pm, keep in mind, Hyper Flow closes at 5 pm. Kyle came out of his way after hours, ran a camera through my sewer line, snaked out the line, and then showed me on the camera the second time that the line was clearish. My main sewage line has been building up for a few years. Kyle gave me 3 different estimates for futures maintenance. I have already made an appointment for Kyle to come back out and do some more work. He is very up front, honest, and caring. He isn't just trying to get paid, Kyle is aware that life happens and works with customers to do what works best financially for the customer at the time of the job. I would recommend Kyle and Hyper Flow to anyone who is looking for a plumber with years of experience and has the best intrest for his customers."

"Mike came and evaluated our drain in the basement, all cast iron, with metal sediment pooling in the drain to the sewer line. We had a lengthy discussion about chasing problems versus replacing the full line to where the prior homeowner replaced in 2015. We opted to not have to excavate our basement twice and fix the full sewer. Mike monitored the crew, answered any questions we had along the way. This wasn't a decision we made lightly, but we felt reassured and in good hands with the experience provided. The work was completed in three days and so far everything looks good, and we have the warranty to cover workmanship/parts anomalies. There is a reason we have the service plan with Benjamin Franklin, they might be higher cost, but the quality is there. I prefer the use of a price list any day over the pay by hour route hands down. "Long time customer here...but late one evening when my plumbing backed up and JN Plumbing didn't have any crews available, so I called another company. The other company created a mess in the next day And didnt solve the issue. Jim Needham plumbing came out and corrected the issues left by the prior company for 25% less. The prior company was completely inept, Lost their snake in the vent without being able to diagnose that he had never gone down the mainline, chose not to use the pipe clean-out that is on the mainline (never even asked if there was a clean out), never actually attempted to clear the blockage since they didn't know where the snake went and couldn't get a camera in the line, and still expected me to pay the full price for doing nothing plus reimburse them $400 for the snake they lost and cut off without my permission. Jim Needham arrived promptly the next day, found the missing snake and removed it easily, put a camera down my pipe and cleared blockages, and reset the toilet that had been left unattached in my bathroom by the other company. JN is not the least expensive company, but they are absolutely honest. Randy and his partner determined that they did NOT have to dig up my pipes as the first company claimed, then they explained what they were seeing to the second crew, Tyson and Darion, who retrieved the snake (went the extra mile to do it), cleared the blockages, and reset the toilet that never should have been pulled in the first place. In the end, their honesty and competence saved me thousands in unnecessary costs. Worth every penny, and the other reviews that complain about pricing must not have a grasp on the going rates for plumbing work by professionals and the headaches it can save."
