He promptly identified the problem (which was a smaller issue than we had feared) and got it resolved very promptly. He did NOT try to upsell us on anything, but we requested that he run a camera through our pipes to see if there was anything further to be concerned about. Fortunately, there was not, and he walked me through the video and showed us that our lines are in pretty good shape. Terrific service. We will definitely use these guys again."
