"They came out on time and replaced the steel line wire that was broken. I needed new  torsion springs and rollers. My side keypad was not working and they replaced it with a new one.
Everything was done in a timely manner and they were both very friendly.

I was in a bind yesterday morning when as I tried to open the garage door the spring napped and broke apart. I called Armstrong at 7am and was nicely greeted by their scheduler, she immediately setup an appt time with Brad, the technician. Brad arrived at my house by 10am. He not only fixed the broken spring but did a full assessment of the garage door and all mechanisms and recommended what he felt was necessary to maintain it working properly.
