"KDR Stucco is amazing! Mr. Kenjon Reid came out to give me what was a very competitive quote, and, as luck would have it, he was able to put our job on the schedule the next day. He and his crew arrived early the next morning ready to go, and were able to complete the job in one day. Our stucco exterior is the original 30+ plus year stucco, highly textured, and originally applied to wallboard that is not even in use these days. Our house is very symmetrical and simple so the stucco is a main feature of the facade and the first thing someone notices walking up to our house. KDR's crew are artisans and craftsmen, because the entire area of the new stucco matches the original stucco perfectly! No one will ever notice that such a large area of the original exterior has been replaced. In addition, Mr. Reid was so generous with giving us some great advice regarding how to care for the stucco to prevent future repairs as well as giving some very valuable advice for how we may want to plan to some of the other deferred work we have put off doing for many years. It was just such a pleasure to work with Kenjon (Mr. Reid) and his talented, hard-working crew. KDR does a lot of other kinds of work beyond stucco, and we are hoping to get to work with them again as soon as we can on house painting, concrete repairs, and anything else on our list that we need done and that KDR can do. Highly recommend KDR Stucco! Kenjon actually responds to quote requests in a timely manner and is totally trustworthy and customer-focused. He truly cares for his customers and enjoys his work. That means a lot. It is not easy to find professionals like this and we are so happy we found KDR Stucco."

"I put my repair requests on Angi's right before New Year's and Leonel reached out expeditiously. Of the four contractors I spoke to, he had the best disposition and professionalism. His price point made sense based on the quotes I received. He also was able to put me on the schedule next day. He came out with his assistant on Nee Year's Day. Leonel did an AMAZING job repairing the stucco frame beneath my window. He then repaired stucco on a column behind the house. Leonel and his team did not rush through the job. They took their time and their attention to detail was fantastic!! His talent and efficiency were tangible in the results. He has my highest recommendation!"

"I called Mike for an estimate, and he came out later that same day.  He met with my husband and provided an estimate.  My husband was really impressed with his professional demeanor and thorough explanation of the estimate.  So, I asked if Mike would be willing to come back out when I could meet him, and he agreed.  I was also really impressed with his presentation, and we decided to move forward.
I would like to note that the estimate (and final total) included a full initial pressure washing, all paint necessary (regardless of coats required), a second pressure washing a year later, and a guarantee on the work.
As we had just moved in, we were also arranging for extensive landscaping, but the landscaper was booked for another two weeks.  So, Mike volunteered to split the job schedule and pressure wash the exterior prior to landscaping and paint after the landscaping.  He was always willing to work with our schedule.  They pressure washed everything they could reach.
A few weeks later, after the landscaping was complete, Mike and his team returned to begin painting.
I feel I should explain the level of customization involved in painting our house.  My husband and I decided to really make the house our own and we went with a really unconventional color scheme, which was originally a solid dull blue grey.  Our house is a combination of coquina and wood, and there are several sections with ceilings (two patios and a walkway through our courtyard).  We chose a navy blue for the body with a rich grey trim, and we chose a soft yellow for our ceilings.  It may sound odd, but it turned out beautifully.
Mike even came out and painted a sample wall so we could be sure we liked the colors.  That turned out to be a good thing because the first yellow we chose was horrible (which Mike kindly warned us about when we chose it).  He came out again with two more yellows and painted them next to each other so we could choose which one we liked the best.
Because of the many colors and the detailed trim areas, the job took an extensive amount of work, but Mike's team was more than capable.  The job took quite a bit longer than expected because of a rainy summer, but Mike and his team were there whenever the sun was, including Sundays, though they always made sure I was comfortable with Sunday prior to coming out.  Overall, I believe about 7-9 painters worked on our house, with some focused on the detail work and some on the high points near the chimneys and the second floor.
Mike is really a perfectionist and went far beyond what we expected.  For example, he painted a concrete basin (previously a water feature) in our front yard so we could use it as a planter.  He also painted our entryway to the courtyard white because the old peachy color was faded and ugly.  He even increased the customization by painting our pot lights an opposite color to its surroundings, grey on blue and blue or grey on yellow.
Each day the painters came, my husband and I would walk around the house excited to see the progress.  We would see little areas here and there that were not complete or perfect, and we worried that they would remain that way.  However, as I mentioned, Mike is a perfectionist, and he missed nothing.
As a whole, his team was professional, courteous, and careful.  We did have a small issue where one person damaged some plants and broke a light bulb.  I mentioned this to Mike, and he was visibly disappointed.  As it turned out, he had already let that person go; so, clearly, Mike maintains a high standard for his team members.
To make up for the minor issue,  he said that he would replace the light bulb and paint our double doors, which looked out of place with the new paint job (originally a cracking standard brown with windows).  I said it wasn't necessary and that we were going to replace the bulbs anyway with more efficient ones.  Mike insisted.  He also said he would seal our wood deck at cost if we wanted him to, since we were having rot issues with some portions.
So, Mike and his team came out again and pressure washed everything they couldn't reach before the landscaping, which turned out to be a lot of space because our plants were so overgrown.  They washed the deck so well that it looked new, and since they've sealed it, it still looks new, even in the rain.
Mike said he would replace the light bulb, and when we came home later that day, we noticed he replaced all our light bulbs in our walkway with efficient bulbs.
Finally, as to our door, it is phenomenal.  They painted it white to match the entry archway, and they painted one inside trim navy blue and another inside trim grey, to tie into the rest of the house.
They absolutely transformed the house to our home.  What was once dark and gloomy is now almost ethereal.  Guests are delightfully surprised when they approach our house, particularly our walkway.  It has been about a month since Mike finished painting, and we are still so happy that we get to come home to such a warm and inviting house.  Mike was refreshingly accommodating, thorough, and professional.  We will definitely use Got it Covered for future jobs.
