"Fantastic friendly service! Very knowledgeable and helpful with my landscaping needs! Highly recommend!"

"Hired to remove concrete slab + grade the land + add top soil and seed Slade is the best! From start to finish he provided us with the best advice for the job and did everything he promised in on time without failure. The price was excellent compared to others. He went above and beyond by digging out old tree roots that was not a part of the scope of work... He takes pride in his work and therefore for him it was a matter of doing it correctly. At the end we were extremely happy with the results. Highly recommended."

"Had a backup a few days before and wanted to determine if it was a simple clog or cesspool related. They sent out a tech (Jimmy) the same day. He located both cesspools and walked me through my options. He was honest and patient, answering all my questions along the way."

"Peter was professional throughout project. They arrived as scheduled and finished brick pavers in one day doing a clean professional job."

"He did a great job. He did extra work that I didn't even think about. He was very creative and he helped me a lot since I didn't know how to tackle the project. I have recommended him and he even did additional jobs for friends of mine."

"JA LAND DEVELOPMENT provided an estimate for grading the entire property front & back with top soil in preparation for the installing of sod. He took the lead in coordinating the designing of the driveway, installation of pavers around the driveway, coordinated the blacktop install and recommended an in ground sprinkler company. Not one issue, all workers were polite and helpful. Always responded in minutes to any questions or concerns we had. He couldn't be any nicer. I would recommend John Anderson - JA LAND DEVELOPMENT - to anyone."

"Jireh Properties installed twelve sprinkler zones, 48 heads in one day as scheduled and all are in perfect alignment and working order. Very helpful and answered all my questions. They did a good clean up job as well, and I plan to hire them again."

"I called yesterday and they did the work early today. When I called, the woman who arranged the appointment was pleasant and helpful. The workers who came were friendly and careful when removing the items. I did one other cost-estimate comparison and the price for this service seemed very fair! I would definitely hire them again because the whole process was very quick and easy!"
