"We contacted Groundworks, LLC, Colorado Springs, to stabilize and raise our garage foundation wall, as we were unable to raise and lower our garage door effectively. Groundworks crew installed five helical peers and attempted to raise our foundation wall; unfortunately, the crew was unsuccessful. We contacted Erick B., the supervisor, and asked him to come to our home location and discussed our concerns and requested another attempt to raise the foundation wall. Erick agreed and scheduled the appointment. We requested the same crew, as they were very courteous and respectful; they arrived with more appropriate equipment and were able to raise our foundation wall to our satisfaction. "The day I called Remcon I spoke to receptionist and she said she would get someone to call me ASAP. I received a call back in a reasonable time from Larry. He was very friendly and provided very helpful information on what needed to happen. He also apologized because he was not going to be able to come to my house that day, he was attending his father's funeral. He was giving me another company to use since he wasn't going to be able to come that day. Talk about WOW factor! First, He called me the day of his father's funeral when he absolutely didn't have too. Second, he was giving me very helpful information on the phone. Third, he was giving me a number to another company that he felt was good for immediate help. I was so impressed and just felt good when talking to him that I was able to wait for him to come the next day. I felt he was an honest guy.Larry did come to my house and met with my husband the next day, today actually. He checked everything and tested everything for moisture, and etc... Was very thorough. So, get this...he said that everything looked good and since we were able to clean up the water so quickly after it happened and started to dry everything that we didn't need a restoration company. He explained to my husband what we had to do with the carpet to dry it faster and that our baseboards under the hardwood floors looked good and drying up. Time will only tell with our oak hardwood floors which will need to be looked at by a professional hardwood flooring company after it is completely dry.We were so pleased, we wanted the honest truth...did we really need a restoration company to do all this work to dry everything , was there damage or was it not that bad to where we could dry it ourselves. Basically...what would he do if this happened to him? We felt that Larry did just that and didn't try to sell us anything that was not needed. Just to note...we had a different restoration company come for a quote before Larry that was given to us by our insurance company. They did come the day we called but the experience was totally different. Quoted us for all these services to dry the floors and basements and carpet and etc... quote was for $3600!!!! We definitely felt like this was very expensive and possibly being quoted for things that really didn't need to be done. Felt like their purpose was not to really see what needed to be done but how much they could charge to do unnecessary work. SO GLAD WE CALL Larry at Remcon.THANK YOU for your honesty."

"He arrived on time, and was very professional.  The vaulted bathroom ceiling is a difficult area to paint because of all the typical BR fixtures, as well as some very delicate and expensive tile on the floor, counter top, and shower stall. Nothing was damaged or needed to be cleaned up by either Omni or ourselves.  
Without question, we'll use his services again, and I highly recommend Omni.

"I have used Your Metro Denver Construction multiple times. Yesterday, I had them do some dry wall work for me that included framing and grinding down some bolts. They did an excellent job and was very professional. I always know I can call them when I need work done! In the past they took a wall out for me between my living room and kitchen. It looks awesome! In fact, they gave me a suggestion of a way to finish it which looks so much better than my original idea. I have also used them multiple times for little projects.
