I was surprised how quickly and efficiently they were able to move me from a small efficiency to a large apartment in a high-rise. He was professional, congenial, very generous in sharing his knowledge. I had also wanted to refinish the windowsills in my  house by myself so he picked up the appropriate sander for me. He taught me how to use it, gave me advice on where to get the best products I would need, offered to let me call for further advice if needed.
