"I found Wes on Angie's list and gave him a very difficult cabinet leveling job and he burned through it like a hot knife through butter. The cabinets formed a 6-foot L shape, and was 1 3/4 inches off level over the worst run...that's a lot. The first thing he did was turn two problems into an advantage... Rather than having the end of the countertop way up in the air and the other run of the L up blocking the bottom of a window, he suggested scribing and cutting the cabinets down (instead of shimming up as normally done), to instead lower the high point which also brought the countertop nicely below the window. Two problems solved by thinking outside of the box; it never would have occurred to me, now would I have been capable of doing it. Wes scribed with a compass and took a skillsaw to the bottom of the cabinets, even the complexly shaped corner cabinet of the L...and dropped the cabinets in and each was within a tenth of a millimeter on his first try...amazing talent. <br /> Just hire Wes, you will be so glad you found him. <br />"

The company encouraged me to read some neutral articles about transporting a car and what to look for and what to ask. They were very helpful and not pushy like some other companies that I had contacted. The car arrived earlier than the estimated time. The condition of the car was exactly as it had been when it got loaded. I especially liked that we were able to put up to 100 pounds worth of personal belongings in the car. There was some disconnect between United Freight and the driver. I was told the car would be picked up on Monday and, since I was told it was door to door, I assumed he would be at our house. We have wide streets in our neighborhood so I did not think there would be a problem. Instead, the driver called Saturday evening, said he was picking up on Sunday morning and we were to meet him at a nearby shopping center. But the car did get delivered to the address at the other end."

"Very unprofessional. The painter brought his dog and put it in a crate in the middle of my dining room. Let our dog out with his. Used my washing machine without my permission because his dog peed on his drop cloth. My husband works third shift and goes to bed early at 7:30 pm. They were aware of this. On a few occasions they were at our house until 8:30 pm. Used my microwave at 7 pm to heat up his dinner without my permission and proceeded to eat while my husband needed to go to bed. Several times to fix my storm door appropriately. First put it on backward and I demanded they turn it around. Tons of excuses for everything.Paint splattered on my couch, microwave, trash can, door knobs. The owner was willing to please the customer but the workers were not. Left all their tools and paint cans throughout my house on a daily basis. No complaints about the roofers <br />"
