"They came out to do my gutters. Unfortunately, by the time they got here the gutters were frozen. They tried to come back a week or so ago and the gutters were still frozen. They are going to come back later but, so far so good. They were able to do the front gutters because those had got the sun. The rear of the house is shady side and so they were still frozen. I gave them a B because it took them longer to get here. I think they positioned themselves that they had to deal with frozen stuff, that's probably because they were busy. They will take of me and so, I am fine. It was a very good price. They were here when they said they would be here."

The guys were patient and had a sense of urgency wanting to get things repaired for me. I was absolutely satisfied with every job the guys completed. I had my entire Home filter system replaced, I had a leak in my Well casing repaired and also a leak in an underground main water Pipe that had sprung a leak repaired. "We priced out dumpsters and initially, the dumpsters looked like the way to go but upon reading the fine print, we realized they would have cost more than a bullbag. Each dumpster was about $150-$200 BUT each ONLY included up to 1 ton of material, and the companies would charge me an additional $85/ton over it. The bullbag price was NOT based on weight but rather just filling the bag to the top of the bag. The bullbag not only saved me money, but the people were nice to deal with, but everything they said, they actually did. We have a house on the Cape and we will use them there too in March. We were told up front that there would be an additional $75 fee because of the location, but it is STILL cheaper and easier than a metal dumpster."

"It went fantastically well, It did not take him long to find the problem and then solve it. He came in and look under the sink. Went under the house found the pipe shook it and said here is the problem. Hr removed a section of the pipe and found the stoppage removed it , repaired pipe and sink workes like new. Very knowledgeable and professional."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."

"Because we were doing complete new vinyl Siding,Windows, and Gutters, We were nervous who to choose. I found Carefree Home Pros on the Internet and set up an appointment with them. They took about two hours and were very thorough. Their prices seemed competitive and their products had good quality. I did have have a few questions about the company so the salesman arranged a meeting with us and the owner to put our minds at ease. Considering we live at opposite sided of the state it was a very positive gesture. We decided to go with Carefree because they had a great product, Competitive price and a good work ethic. Because were wanted Anderson 400 windows it took 4 weeks to get them, but once they were here they started work immediately and finished in two weeks, just as planned.The house was stripped of all old siding, plywood was replaced where damaged, and the house was completely wrapped with house wrap. They installed my new windows in one day! The trim on the house was done exceptionally well with lots of attention to detail. The workers were pleasant and courteous and cleaned up before they went home every day.
We would definitely use them again. Our Home looks great,our windows are draft free, and it even withstood a hurricane with no damage.
