"I had a different company come out previously to do a sweep and inspection. I have a fireplace with a wood stove insert. The first company told me that they could not pull my wood stove out because it was improperly installed and gave me a long list of items that I needed to get fixed (some of which seemed redundant) and that I shouldn't use my chimney until all the work was complete. I didn't get a good feeling from them so I called Complete Chimney to come out and do a second inspection to see what they thought. Scott and Jimmy (I think) came out and one of the first things they did was pull out my wood stove. They inspected my chimney and talked to me realistically about what I should have done. I have an old wood stove that I am not quite ready to replace, and asked if they could fit a new liner to my existing stove. He told me the new wood stoves require a 6 inch liner, where mine was an 8 inch, but told me they could install a boot to adapt to the old wood stove until we are ready for a new one. He was professional and didn't speak down to me. Since the weather was getting cold, I was worried about not getting put on their schedule in time. Scott called the office for me on the spot, and made my appointment for me. Andrew came out to do the work with a helper. They were on time, professional and courteous. I was impressed that Andrew knew the exact work that needed to be done, he even cleaned the shelf behind the stove that the previous company did not do because they never pulled my stove out. Even though they were there for several hours, there was not a speck of soot anywhere, except the workers! Will definitely use them again! <br />"

"Chamberlin Washington did a fantastic job with a very challenging project.  We needed cracks repaired in our multi-colored faux stone veneer and it took us months to find a company that had any idea how to do the job correctly.  Randy (the president of the company) came out to my house and was great about explaining the best way to tackle the problem and why.  He also returned himself to repair a few cracks with different color samples to make sure we had selected the right colors before starting the job. <br /> Jose and Nelson completed the work and were fantastic from start to finish.  I felt like they treated my house as if it were their own.  They were hard working, proactive and meticulous.  They arrived on time, worked diligently, and cleaned up at the end of each day.  I particularly appreciated their willingness to ensure that I was happy with how everything turned out.  For example, when it was necessary to rebuild individual stone squares, they worked with me to make sure that I liked the final color before putting it on the house.  I also asked them to redo several of the initial cracks - not because they were done poorly, but because they had discovered an even better way to blend in the repairs - and they did so willingly.  Before they left, Jose and Nelson asked me to make sure they had completed everything to my satisfaction.  I missed a few minor things, but Chamberlin Washington was quick to send send a team out after I called.  <br /> I was very impressed with the company's customer service from start to finish and its quality of work.  In fact, the repair of the cracks in the faux stone veneer exceeded our expectations.  I would, without hesitation, recommend Chamberlin Washington and will use them again should the need ever arise. <br /> <br /> <br />"

"The project required several weeks from the initial call to describe service required, selection of the oven, schedualing the carpenter to do the modification and then schedualing the electrician to connect new oven. Things never seem to move as quickly as one would like, but over all the modification and installation was done in a professional manner, with Larry Oakey , geneeral contractor, his carpenter, and outside electrician whom he contracted. "Calvin was able to come out at our earliest convenience, was in and out in the estimated time, and was able to inspect and clean the chimney for us. Our chimney hadn't been swept since before we moved in over a year ago, and there was quite a lot of dangerous build-up. Our roof is also extremely high. For the service we needed, we felt we paid a very reasonable amount for the quality of work we received. Calvin was very friendly, respectful to our military service, considerate our our home, and very quick to answer any of our questions. We had a great experience, will be using Worldwide Chimney for our annual service, and highly recommend others to do the same. Calvin is an honest man who does honest work."
