"Top-notch! Custom Works built a large patio, wall, fire pit, and beautiful stairs in our back yard. We were impressed with their professionalism throughout the whole process. Glen walked us through the different materials and building options based on our budget. Nich was professional in all of his emails and responded quickly when we wanted to increase the size of the patio. The building team was 100%! They were efficient and did beautiful work. We absolutely love how everything turned out and would contract Custom Works again without hesitation."

"We are very pleased with our new deck roof project. It turned out even better than we even thought it would. Your installation crew of Ricardo and T.J. were awesome to work with, and were very courteous as well as professional. They both were willing to take time and explain the process of the construction, and ask if we had any concerns or questions. Your office staff was courteous and we were able to communicate with them via e-mail and telephone. Thank you for a job well done, we are looking forward to many happy years enjoying our new deck roof."

"Doug and his men are hard working and conscientious. Doug is very particular about things being done right. That is a good quality, because he builds as though he is building for himself, so you know he is on top of the project. Price is very reasonable."

"The whole process was relatively smooth. the sales person was good and knowledgeable. After signing the contract, two person crew came to measure. It took about a month and a half before windows were ready. Scheduling during the winter was a bit difficult, but it was not their problem. In bad weather, I would not want them climbing a tall ladder to install the window. Install was done professionally. We are satisfied. We would use them again.

"They were exceptional !! It not often you find great service and a warmful spirit while preforming the services in your home. We asked a lot of Global Home Improvement and they went above and beyond."

"EXCELLENT PROFESSIONAL SERVICE!  Called them cold on a Sunday night from my DC home to repair many shingle caps that had blown off the peak of our roof of our townhome in OC- I could see daylight from the attic and the insulation was wet.  They were on my roof Monday morning, in the rain, fixing it completely.  They took before and after photos on the roof so I could see exactly what they had done. They also replaced a cracked vent pipe boot.
Very easy to deal with, good communications, knowledgeable and professional.

"my kitchen looks excellent. baltimore magazine was right about them--they are my contractor of the year too. seriously--my kitchen should deserve some kind of award. The work is way,way beyond my dreams. solid maple cabinets, very reasonable pricing"

"Sundance homes built a new deck for us in 2010 also.  The deck is on the 2nd floor and has steps going up to it.  He installed a handrail free of charge for my wife on these steps. He never said anything about installing the handrail in advance but just went ahead and did it because my wife has Parkinson's.  Jason has also power washed and stained our deck in the past."
