"Love it! There was no question that we wanted Steve Everett of Dream Maker Bath and Kitchen to remodel our bathroom, as he had remodeled our kitchen 2 years ago and we were very familiar with his integrity, professionalism, skill and dedication. It took about 5 weeks to complete the job, and that is about what we expected. Steve hires only top notch professionals to work with him, so they were all very skilled, hard working, prompt, pleasant and made every effort to coordinate their schedule and to minimize disruption to our household. They removed part of a wall, which enlarged our bath to accommodate an extra set of storage cabinets, and made a porcelain tiled shelf on the window box behind the free standing tub. We joked that it would be a great place to set a wine glass! Our old shower was enlarged and replaced with a glass enclosed, tiled shower. The dual sinks were replaced along with the cabinets and counter top. Flooring was replaced with porcelain tile. We love our "new" master bath and kitchen! Every day feels like we are on vacation and staying in a luxury condo! If you have an idea for your kitchen and/or bath, Steve Everett can make it come to life! We highly recommend him!"

"Mahati came to our house to redo our shower, put down flooring, install a new toilet and set a vanity. He was punctual every day and the first day he set up coverings on our floor. Every day he cleaned up all his tools and materials. Mahati’s work is excellent and asked us if he needed to know how we wanted something to look. We are extremely happy with our new bathroom and will recommend this company to anyone looking to have their bathroom remodeled. We are giving Renken Remodeling a well deserved 5 star rating."

"What a great company to work with from start to finish for a total bathroom remodel. Their quote was vey reasonable compared to a bunch of others I received. Oral and his team did an outstanding job and the tile work was meticulous. Great communication and extremely responsive. I was impressed on how well the job site was cleaned at the end of every day of the project. I highly recommend Z&O Construction."

"I had a great experience with Tunch and his team. Originally they remodeled my kitchen and then I asked them to come back a remodel all of my bathrooms. As expected, another excellent job done! I highly recommend them for quality, professionalism and price!"

"We hired them to skim and paint the walls of our house we just purchased, which was built in the 80’s. They also remodeled and waterproofed our master bathroom. They did an excellent job, kept in communication with us throughout the process, and even finished everything on time so we could move in. Their pricing is good, too- it was lower than the other 2 companies I got quotes from. Strong recommend!"

"Project was on schedule. Our working team was excellent. They were on time, careful to maintain a clean working space. They each cared about the work they were doing whether large or small. We were able to communicate with the workers for any questions we had. We are enjoying our newly renovated Master Bathroom. Thank you, WaterStone Kitchen and Bath."

"Vlad and his crew did an excellent job of remodeling our primary bathroom. They were efficient, timely and respectful. Each day they arrived as expected and cleaned up before leaving. The final product could not be better."

"I highly recommend City Renovations and Remodeling to new and experienced homeowners and investors. In fact, Mike Wiggs, owner of the company, was highly recommended to me from a trusted source. Mike has been my designer, general contractor and project manager for over three years. He and his team of subcontractors for all the trades and handymen have successfully completed numerous projects for me. The internal big jobs included Mike and his team remodeling my basement into a permitted apartment with an egress window, injection well system, and recessed lighting; remodeling my kitchen into a larger space, better layout and upgraded appliances, cabinets, backsplashes (e.g., switching from an electric cooktop island to a slide-in gas range and installing a peninsula); changing the location of the sliding door and a set of windows in my sunroom for better flow and sightline from the front door entry to the patio door leading to my wooded backyard; replacing the damaged one of the two HVAC systems (i.e., one for the first floor and basement and the other for the second floor); and whole house interior painting and decorative touches (accent walls, trim, etc.) The external big jobs included Mike and his team resolving the sources of severe water damage to my two-story front door entry area and installing a new door, side lites and stoop. He resolved other water problems at my house by installing upgraded, larger gutters connecting to a new underground drainage system, and re-grading a section of the backyard next to my house in order to better collect water coming onto the house and move it away from the house. The other jobs Mike and his team completed include installing decorative lighting in the front of my house and security lighting at the sides and back; installing and repairing wooden privacy fencing in my backyard; washing away years of mold, mildew and stains from the siding of my house; and installing shelving for two closets and the laundry room to increase my storage space. After years of City Renovations and Remodeling successfully improving or repairing my home, I hired the company to help me with an investment rental property. Mike completed a walk-thru assessment and report to supplement the information from the home inspector and appraiser. Through my pre-purchase consultation with Mike, I got a good idea of what it would take improve the property given my goals and budget. I look forward to working with Mike and his team to renovate the property."

"We had a great experience with Brian, Enrique, and their team on our master bathroom and hall bathroom remodel. They were professional, hardworking, and paid close attention to detail throughout the project. Communication was great, the work came out beautiful, and they made sure everything was completed the right way. We’re very happy with the final results and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality bathroom remodeling work."

"Very well. Gerver and his team were very professional and detail oriented. They also were very organized, tidy and trustworthy. The job was done in about a week. I was hesitant to start a bathroom remodel, but they were so efficient that it was a very pleasant experience."
