"The smart company manager Yavor made an excellent job. He knows everything about pools and the latest technological development of this industry. On the top of this he knows all needy greedy details about pool constructions and could make himself practically any part of this job. This allows him to have a subcontractors who really know their specific job. He also explain us all the special details about the pool - because we did not know anything about it. It is real pleasure to work with him and he is very responsive and attentive to client need. The praise of the swimming pool construction we got from Yavor (Smart Co) was 40% less then from any other big company interviewed on this topic. I was worry initially that we will later have some additional payments coming up alone. But this did not happened and he keep the construction within an initial budget. In addition, I have checked on internet that all equipment he installed us - engines, filter, water purification, pump, etc. are on upper praise edge.... The relatively low praise of pool construction did not come as a result of some equipment cheating but as a result of well organized management and deep knowledge of the pool equipment market. It took time to build the pool with all VA and Fairfax country permits and weather conditions but final project look great and worth all the money and efforts. We strongly recommend Smart management group if you want to have a swimming pool."

"This is complex. A previous company wasted my money trying to fix our hot tub heater....without success. Allegro arrived on time, very professional, consulted the heater manufacturer and replaced the thermostat (again).......without success, charges were fair, and I believe that they'll eventually fix the problem. So, my rating really reflects the results, for which I do NOT blame Allegro. I hope and believe they will eventually fix this frustrating problem. Otherwise my interactions with them have been quite positive. Allegro came back, cleaned the filter, turned on the tub and measured 98 degrees F......but several hours later it was only 80 degrees F, so frustration continues. But, they DIDN'T CHARGE US for this visit. So we're quite happy so far with the relationship, and hope that they'll eventually figure out and fix the problem. At this juncture we can certainly recommend Allegro."

"Millennium gave me both an estimate & a schedule for a pool renovation ( i.e. resetting, mortaring & cleaning flagstone pool deck & coping stones, replacing decorative tile, replastering pool, replacing light, & installing new mesh cover) and very closely stuck to that schedule & estimate. All work was completed in about a month. A project manager was assigned & stayed in contact throughout the project, ensuring all questions were timely answered & that project timetable was met. "I asked to have the old pool cover removed. That meant removed from the premises. For $600 I expected this. I was told after it was removed that my contract did not include disposing of the old cover. Never saw a contract Would not have hired this company if I knew this. Instead, they rolled it to the curb. My trash removal did not have a service to pick it up. I had to cut it up, which was very tedious, and dirty and I was too old to be burdened with this. Why I hired them to do this job in full, but they failed me."
