They gave a quick estimate, were easy to work with to fine tune the final pricing, and did the work as promised, arriving on time and finishing as planned. They went above and beyond climbing on my roof to identify the source of a leak, that had eluded other companies which had tried to find the problem. This was done at no charge to me. Mike installed the new door, created a way for our pet door to fit while still being able to LOCK the slider!
