"I was very pleased with the end product and thoroughly enjoyed working with John. John converted a bathroom into a laundry/work room that I wanted to be both useful and functional, but also attractive. The project was slightly more complicated than it may sound, because I wanted the plumbing connections maintained but hidden in the event that a future owner wants an additional bathroom again. In the middle of the project, the Santa Fe monsoon season began and we discovered a fairly significant roof leak. John dropped everything, examined the leak, obtained the parts for what turned out to be an incorrectly installed skylight, and fixed it. "Yesterday afternoon we noticed that the hot water pressure relief valve was leaking some hot water out onto our side yard. Called Joe and he said he would pick up the part and install it on Sunday (Easter...Today). We checked it later and the leak had intensified to fill our bucket every half hour. Called Joe again and he said he would come over and plug the valve outlet that night and again would pick up and install  the pressure relief valve on Sunday. He showed up quickly with a plug device and sealed the outlet. The following morning he showed up and installed the valve. He then graciously answered several of my unrelated problems/ questions and gave some great advice. <br /> <br /> It's always a pleasure to deal with Joe. I feel very comfortable with his expertise and professionalism. He is always accessible and shows up as promised with the parts needed."
