"Don (and his team) did an A+ job for us professionally and more importantly, my family (including children) now consider Don a friend of ours. Don stopped by our house more than twice during the proposal/bidding phase during the summer of 2020. We chose to move forward with Don because of (i) the manner in which Don presented himself was very comforting to us, (ii) he was extremely knowledgeable with the work that was going to be done and (iii) he was happy to answer all of our questions both basic and complex. Don walked us through the process of purchasing materials by directing us to certain qualified vendors as well as providing advice on design elements based on his extensive experience. Don kept the work project within his estimated time-frame of four-weeks. Throughout the project, Don and his team showed up promptly each day at 7.30 am and worked straight through the afternoon. Don and his team were respectful, accommodating and focused on the project. There were three unforeseen complexities identified during the project in which Don clearly explained the situation, suggested several options for a solution and ultimately overcame the complexities. Incredibly, Don even stopped by a number of months after the project was complete to make sure we were fully satisfied with our new kitchen and flooring throughout the entire first floor. Don is extremely detailed and truly is a master of his many crafts. We are so happy we found Don and will absolutely call him for our next project.
