"Overall experience was positive. The diagnosis was good and only required a $15 part that was able to install myself. My frig is working great. While my total cost for the repair was $80 which included the $35 diagnostic fee, the lowest other price quote was over $400. I am very pleased with this new type of appliance repair. I will be recommending this my family and friends."

"Great customer service! This is the 2nd time Ià ¢à  à  ve used them this year (different appliances). Both time repair men were prompt courteous polite professional and reasonably priced. Also they get you on the schedule quick neither time did I wait more than two days for the service call. Highly recommend!"

"Everything was handled perfectly from connecting with me to being right on time for the appointment to doing a great professional job with the repair. Repair was done quickly and efficiently. "Excellent response and service. I've used them for several repair calls. Each time, Justin came and did the repair with no problems. Scheduling was very easy and accommodating."

"Responded to my request for refrigerator repair. He came quickly, and completed the repair. I am very satisfied with my experience."

"I called around to multiple repair companies that I found on Google, Yelp, Angie’s List and Kenmore/Sears trying to find a company that would send service representative right away. The Kenmore representative was available 10 days after the date of my call. After comparing multiple companies, their timeline and prices I went with Quick Fix Appliance Services. They sent a representative the next day. The two service men were prompt and fixed my stove within half an hour. I was very pleased with their attention to detail and cleanliness."

"On their first visit they were out quickly and gave a diagnostic of what the problems were. The guy (who was very nice) told me he would need to order parts and that he should have them in about five days. That was on January 17th. I gave the guy a $200 deposit and he left. I expected to hear back by the following week but I didn't. I finally called after about two weeks of not hearing anything and the woman who answered was very defensive. I told her that this should have already been taken care of, and that I gave a $200 deposit and she went on to say that they aren't crooks and that my money is safe... Regardless.. why am I the one having to call and figure this out? They should have called me to schedule a repair once they got their part in the mail. Finally on Feburary 12th the repair guy came back to finish the work. He was able to fix my gas range without any problems, but then told me that something was wrong with my Microwave - something he didn't see when he came out for the initial estimate, and that it would be more expensive to fix than to repair. He couldn't give a really solid explanation as to why - so I didn't believe him. I figured he probably ordered the wrong part and didn't want to admit to it and have to come back a third time, especially after having me wait as long as I did for him to finally come out. Glad I didn't take his word - because I called out a different repair company for a second opinion and they were able to fix the microwave for a reasonable cost."
