"Give Castlewood Construction a call, you will be glad you did! After going through the estimate process my wife and I chose Castlewood Construction to build our dream deck and now that it is a reality man are we glad we did. From our early morning meeting back in late July early August with owner (Danny) to the final hand shake it was a tremendous journey. We presented Danny with our vision that morning and he walked us through what he saw as good and what was not such a good idea. We talked through it and came to a shared vision and shortly after that we were presented with an estimate. After we accepted the estimate Danny set a timeline to start and complete the deck and it was built on time with remarkable craftsmanship. Even as the deck was being built Danny was happy to answer any questions I had and explain any process I didnâ t understand. When the project was completed, I said to Danny, â I am glad we found you and I am glad we hired you to do our deck but even more it has been pleasure getting to know you as family manâ . Project Location: Chagrin Falls, OH Date: 02/02/24Project Description: Build or replace a deckComment: one deck is built with 4x4 posts and is 20 feet by 11 feet. The floor is 4x8 exterior treated plywood. Its 8 years old and the floor has to be replaced by regular decking wood. The 2nd deck is 15feet by 5 feet and the floor also has to be replaced. The railings are home depot black aluminum railing but the 4x4 posts have an exterior 2x6 wood that is rotting and has to be raplaced. The 4x4 posts are solid and ok.
