"We had Dutch's out twice, first for a big mold problem in our attic related to bad ventilation, and then later again when we discovered some mold above our basement windows. Rick and Mark were great to work with both times. You can tell they really care about the quality of work and their customers. I was very freaked out upon finding out that our attic was covered about 2/3 of the way with mold and Rick came out right away the next day to check it out and do a full inspection of the house. He clearly explained what was causing the mold issues and how to get rid of the mold and change our ventilation issues so it wouldn't happen again. After they were done remediating, which was done all in one day, the attic looked great. They also made sure to cover our carpets and cleaned up after themselves. The price was also lower than other places and very fair. Rick even came out again a few months later just to check and make sure everything still looked good after we fixed the ventilation and it did. We later discovered some surface mold that had developed above our old basement windows. Rick and Mark came out and took a look and also checked the attic again and said it still looked great! Mark came back out and sanitized the areas above the windows, and now you can't even tell there was any mold there. He was quick and efficient and so nice! "Generally, showed up on time and performed all duties other than staining well. Could not repair lock on sliding door. Staining of drawers, doors and cabinets was inadequate. Stains were left on carpet and walls. We were told they weren't as careful because they knew we planned to replace these items, but this was not an acceptable response. <br />"

"This company is the epitome of professionalism. Steve worked with me to provide a plan to store my belongings and have a dumpster for waste articles. That took more creative thinking and research due the amount of things being salvaged, the needed space for the dumpster and the need to park two cars in the drive. He provided the estimate that was an excellent value and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. His team arrived promptly on the day scheduled, had the necessary PPE and a positive friendly “can do” attitude. They confirmed the expectation set by Steve as to how the work would be completed and made sure I understood and was in agreement. They removed everything (either for storage or the dumpster,) sealed off the living space and remediated the mold that also included cutting out parts of the dry wall. The “put back” team was as professional as the “take out” team. They arrived as expected, set the expectation and made quick work of returning the items. What cannot be captured in this review is the personal care that Joshua and team provided to help me discard items that were still good, but should have been disposed of years ago. We laughed a lot about why I would want to keep an unopened wired computer headset that was good for Windows 3 circa 1990! Prior to the “put back” team’s arrival, Steve came and tested the area to confirm the mold was gone and it was safe to inhabit. The team came and put things where I wanted and made sure I had room to walk in the laundry room because most stuff went in there because the flooring for the rec room had not been completed. "I love this company. It is a family owned company and all they do is mold remediation (removal), restoration. Set up an appointment to get estimate immediately after requesting their services on Angies List. Owner went over an examined all areas of mold on walls, etc., Sent me an extremely detailed estimate in a timely fashion and I was exceptionally pleased with the final cost for all the work to be done. Then I set up date for service to be done. Work done was much better than I imagined. Much more than just removing the mold. An eight step process is performed which includes wash and clean the air of all infected areas. More than pleased after the job was done. Followup was done with owner. Id hire them without question."
