"We had a general inspection that indicated there was mold in the house we had put an offer on. We decided to pursue more intense mold inspections to determine the amount, type, and get a remediation estimate so we could ask the sellers to remediate the issue. The general inspection indicated there was no moisture in the basement walls. Rick, however, found the walls to be saturated (greater than 25% moisture levels), pointed out mold growing all around the basement, and also indicated some mold upstairs (these were all visual inspections). He also took air samples of the basement, first and second floors. He rushed the samples at no cost to us when USPS goofed and sent them out a day late as we were on an incredibly strict timeline as part of our purchase contract. Rick updated the estimate once we found out the type/levels. All along the way, he answered tons (seriously, I sometimes emailed him 3-5x a day as I thought of questions) of questions I had as I have heard horror stories about people buying mold-infested houses. He made me feel good that with the proper remediation this wouldn't be a bad purchase. I'm so glad we contacted him because the remediation cost is around $6000 and we were able to get the sellers to pay it instead of us realizing this was an issue a few years down the road. If we ever buy again I will definitely use Rick for any mold inspections I may require.

"Paul was amazing! He did an extremely thorough job- he didn't miss a single thing! He was very friendly to deal with and answered all of my questions. He really took the time to explain every step of the process and made me feel like my home inspection was the only thing that mattered. I highly recommend his services."

"Jeremy and his worker did a fantastic job. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. As a real estate investor, it's very hard to find good people and these guys are so worth it! They went above and beyond in several ways. If you need your air ducts cleaned or have a mold problem, Jeremy is your man! Don't even waste time with other quotes! He will do it the right way the first time and wow you too!"

"I would recommend this co. To anyone seeking a competent professional evaluation of a serious mold problem. The response time was immeduate. I received a prompt detailed report and considerable time spent answering my questions. I was also given numerous sources of relevent information."

"We are selling our home and wanted to get our attic certified that we had no mold before going on the market. Mike came out right away and did a great job. He confirmed we had no mold, checked for quality air flow, and his team provided a protectant to ensure future mold protection. His team was clean, timely, and did excellent work."

"I recently had AFS company install a new AQUASURE water softener, and the experience was seamless. The pro Andrew provided a clear quote within couple days arrived exactly on time, and performed a very clean installation using durable PEX piping. He even took the time to test my water quality before and after to ensure the system was calibrated correctly. I noticed a difference in my water quality immediately. Highly professional and highly recommended!"

"I thought he did a good job explaining what he did do but very disappointed they didn't explain that you had to pay a lot extra money to actually find out what kind of mold if any you had. The $199.00 fee they only looked for mold & tested the air quality. If they found any mold it cost a lot more to find out what type. He did say we had mold in our crawl space but not what kind, that cost more money. Overall good for what he did do."

"I hired Thomas Clay and his crew to remove mold all throughout our basement. Their quote was incredibly detailed, and they spent time explaining everything thoroughly to me and my father. They even brought more crew to do the job in less time than was quoted so that we didn t have to be without air when it was quite hot out. They cleaned all the mold from our basement and gave us tips for preventing further mold growth. You can tell Thomas and his son care a lot about what they do. They re very honest and genuine people, and I d definitely hire them again."

"Dan came out promptly to do mold testing to ensure the safety of my family. He was very respectful, quick and understanding. The price point was a huge seller, absolutely recommend them!"

"Very professional, would recommend. Takes time to explain source of mold and how remediation works. Does post remediation air test as well."
