"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"????? 10/10 Highly Recommend! I had an excellent experience with Trusted Hands, especially with employee JveZ . He was professional, knowledgeable, timely, and did an outstanding job replacing the bellows and hoses on my washer, as well as the duct vent on my dryer. JveZ completed the work successfully and efficiently, and I truly appreciate the quality of service he provided. "Our fridge was making an incredibly loud noise, my wife and I had no idea what the problem was and were new to the area and didnt know anyone so we looked up someone online and found "In and Out Repairs" which had the high ratings of everyone i compared them to and they were great! Fridge is fixed, they were extremely nice very easy to work with. They will absolutely be our first call in the event we have an issue requiring some sort of repair. Highly recommend!"

"I was very pleased with the job performance. He was timely, professional, and knowledgeable. I originally hired for a/c work but during a brief conversation about other repairs I needed done Watson was able to complete all in the repairs as well in the same visit. Highly Recommended!!!"

"I called late on a Friday afternoon after my air went out. They came after hours, installed the new unit, and took the old one for evaluation & possible repair. A year later I called them back for another ac problem (different unit), and they came same day. Whereas another contractor told me to junk the unit, Greg replaced a small part & all was well. While with me the second trip, I mentioned several other small jobs, and they got right on them! The vent hood took a trip into the attic and up onto the roof, but they figured out the problem and solved it. This hood was damaged during Katrina (12 years ago) & Ive had several companies out to look/repair and nobody was able to diagnose problem. Now I have my hood back! Repaired two ceiling fans that I'd been told to junk, repaired a pendant light wired incorrectly by another contractor, and even replaced some light bulbs in my 12-foot ceiling-ed rooms! Excellent service, very fair pricing, good responsiveness, and just all-around nicefolks. I HIGHLY recommend!"
