"It took a few tries to get Dean out due to running long on a prior job, once he did make it, we spent an hour making a list, taking measurements, recommending additional things that should be done. He said he'd try to get the estimate done in 48 hours. That was the last we heard so we hired another company. I don't know what the disconnect was- the office staff is lovely on the phone, Dean was very personable, seemed very capable. We just fell through the cracks of being busy i guess."

We had some lights to be installed and an area behind our dishwasher that needed closed/sealed up. Tyler arrived when he said he would. He was very courteous , polite. and respectful. He took great care to clean up each work area before moving on to the next. In total, he ended up being at our home for approximately 4+ hours, and he never once stopped working until the job was completed (no breaks/lunch!) Tyler's prices were very reasonable, and we felt well worth the work he completed in our home. He even guarantees his work for one year.
