David came out to look at my house and give an estimate on a difficult siding job. This was a job that had been turned down by MANY other contractors, because they said it was too high, too difficult to access, etc. David had no qualms about giving me an estimate: He was confident and professional, and assured me that it could be handled. He also gave me the address of a property right down the street where they had just completed a siding job and encouraged me to go check it out (it looked fabulous!)

When I needed him to come back and look at additional work and answer my questions, he did so without hesitation.

The crew started the work a few weeks later than originally expected and I was disappointed that no one notified me of this change; however, once they began work it went smoothly and without issue. The work looks fantastic and was completed as promised. Communication continued to be a bit of an issue, but not a major one: For example, one day I left for work and was told the job would be completed by the time I came home; however, I came home and it wasn't done. There was a good reason and they came back the next day to finish it, but some communication about this would have been appreciated and would have saved me 24 hours of worry. All in all though, the experience was a good one: I love the work, got just what I asked for, and everything was done in a tidy fashion with no mess or inconvenience to me. I'd use them again in the future!
