"I rank Landson Construction #1 in the list of contractors we have hired in our 40 years of home ownership. Ari and his team of subcontractors recently completed a challenging remodel of one of our bathrooms--challenging because it is a very small area with limited space. Their finished job looks better than our separate remodel of a larger bathroom completed by one of the big firms that advertises daily on television. Examples: the tile work in our small shower is exceptional, and the vanity/oversized sink is a perfect match that does not dominate the small room. Ari Erickson (no relation to me) offered selections from his preferred vendors, but we had full latitude to shop on our own for all tile and fixtures. He and his subcontractors kept us fully apprised at all stages of the project, arrived promptly throughout the course of the work, responded promptly to our texts and emails, and cleaned up their work area at the end of each day. My highest recommendation: I always seek at least four bids for a major project, but I would forego that process and hire Landson Construction again for future building/remodeling projects, and would encourage friends and family to do the same."

"AWESOME. David is the best contractor I know, and I have used many over the years. He is transparent on pricing and effort involved and works hard to get the job done on schedule. His attention to detail is top-notch. In most cases, he is more detailed than me. He is knowledgeable in nearly all aspects of the job, and if he doesn't, he finds the answer. He is approachable, easy to work with, prompt, and always looking to make the customer happy. Work included concrete slab, electrical, footings, assembly of the shed, service door & painting, landscaping (grading, sod), and crushed rock driveway. He put in OSD sheathing on the interior and also a workbench and a robust shelving system. This is the second time I've used David. First time was to finish a basement. David will be getting all future work I have, and I am already getting some more projects lined up for him. Looking forward to the next project. Warning: do not brag about cold weather camping unless you've been below -40 F. He trounced my measly -12 F camping tale."

"Overall, we had a great experience and are very happy with our new deck. The quality of the work is excellent, and it was completed much faster than we expected. You can tell he takes pride in his craftsmanship, and the finished product turned out exactly how we had hoped. The only area that could have been better was communication during the project. There were times when we weren't sure what the next steps or timeline were, but it wasn't a major issue and the work continued to move along quickly. In the end, the quality and speed of the build outweighed that small drawback.
