"Travis and his team were TOP NOTCH and I cannot recommend them enough to anyone looking for concrete work or excavating. When we first met with him in the early spring of 2018 we told him we weren't in any rush and that we just needed to have the steps replaced by late October. We were pleasantly surprised when he called us in early August and said he'd be able to get to us in early September 2018. Within two days our cracked and crumbing steps were gone and replaced with new concrete that looked amazing thanks to Travis and his team. He and his entire crew were a pleasure to work with and we could not be happier with the final results of their work. It also should be said that Travis is a very cool guy that keeps things direct and simple - he's a real joy to work with from start to finish."

"After dealing with a leak in one corner of our basement for over 20 years we finally decided to do something about it and called Gardner Construction to come take a look. Jake was great and suggested a couple solutions to our problem. We had them put drain tile in our basement and replace part of aggregate sidewalk to keep the water away from the foundation. They did a terrific job, they were able to dig into the basement floor while keeping the dust to a minimum which kept the rest of the house clean, made sure to clean up after their work and the aggregate they put down was beautiful. "With JLP Unlimited, Jared is the one who dealt with us start to the end. He was very professional when he came to our house to give us a bid. He seemed well experienced to let us know the process and turn around time. We weren't planning on doing ceiling but he convinced us to repaint and I am so glad that he did! The rooms are so much brighter and I was shocked the color difference of before and after!  He was on-time and clean up was spotless and I was very impressed because you hear so many horror stories about that. I loved our finished project!! I love my new trim works in all the rooms and doors. He even helped us picking out a color using a designer! "The stamped concrete asphalt and apron for the driveway went fairly smoothly.  One of the blocks cracked (no real fault of the company, sometimes concrete just cracks) and the company fixed it no questions asked.
The original driveway was poorly done in the past, and ODD had to dig up remnants of 2 poorly poured concrete driveways put in by the builder.  It ended up taking an extra 3 tons of gravel to fill the driveway.  The asphalt was put in in October of 2014, but it was too cold to color the asphalt until late May/June of 2015.  The driveway looks great. 
There were a number of complications with this project that ODD handled very well and professionally.   ODD was not the cheapest option available, but the quality and professionalism was high, and the price was OK.  We would recommend them.
