"Contacted us quickly on the weekend. We thought we had an ice dam and roof leak after seeing mold on our ceiling and an ice dam on the roof above. John was honest about the damage (less than we initially thought). He moved quickly to take out the affected part of our ceiling and wall and contained the mold and gave us references for who could help us with repair of the ceiling/wall.
