"I was a little nervous about ordering windows on the internet using measurements I'd taken myself, but I loved the design on the website so, initially I only ordered 2 windows to check the quality, my ability to measure accurately and the company's ability to build to my measurements. Jeff, the salesman I dealt with was attentive without being overwhelming and the first order was delivered in about 4 weeks. The windows were exactly what I was looking for and fitting them was a breeze. I followed up with another order for the remaining 13 windows in my porch and again, they arrived quickly, were of great quality, exactly to size and easy to fit. "Jared Freeman was professional and very knowledgeable. He paid attention to detail and was meticulous with his work. For example, I was very happy with the tile work he did. I was keeping the same tiles that I had on my kitchen floor which was done about 6 years ago. However, since part of the remodeling was to remove the peninsula and replace it with an island, there were some tiles that had to be removed in order to correctly follow the pattern of my existing floor. The existing tiles were discontinued and I only had very limited leftover tiles from 6 years ago. Jared was very careful with making sure that none of the existing tiles were broken and he expertly installed tiles to cover up where the peninsula used to be. The remodeling had to be put on hold for a week because we had to wait for the fabrication and installation of my countertops. Jared was very accommodating and immediately resumed work once the countertops were installed. The farm sink that I bought was quite heavy. I am very happy that he put extra support underneath the sink. Sometimes, when remodeling a kitchen, you will face hurdles along the way as you do the actual work. Jared was always able to find a solution or a workaround to remove the hurdles and make things right. I would like to make special mention of one of his crew, named Dave. Dave was always focused, worked quickly and efficiently. I am grateful for the hard work that Jared and his crew put in my kitchen. He managed the project well, accommodated all my requests and worked within my budget."

"We had new tile put in the bathroom, and the flange was broken. We called Sand A. The owner was very responsive and came out the very within 12 hours. He took care of getting the parts and installing the flange. However, the total was $170 - $135 of it was labor, the other was parts. It didn't take that long, so it might be a bit on the high side, but I did not have time to price check due to toilet being not usable."

"Mr. Clark gave me a detailed estimate based on my plan for the room in the basement. Along the way we changed a few things and at the end of the project he provided detail of those changes. He arrived to work when he said he would and the project was done in the time he estimated. I am very happy with the result and will probably hire him again if I have other projects."

"replaced 1 leaking skylight and added a 2nd one in that room, added 2 skylights to a cathedral ceiling living room, added 1 skylight to kitchen which also involved building the opening between the ceiling and roof. Very professional work, very clean and neat, work was done on time. Would not hesitate to use their services again <br />"

"Immediately after I hired Raintree, we had several days of constant rain which obviously delayed the installation date. The representatives I spoke to where all very good about returning my calls and communicating to me how quickly they could start work once the rain stopped. They came out when they said they would and didn't leave a mess of any kind. The work they did looked good and must have been done well because I no longer have water seeping into my basement when it rains. <br /> <br /> There is one thing that sets them apart - it involves the wood railing that runs along side my front steps. It was broken and probably got in their way when they were working on the gutters and downspout in that area. To my great astonishment, I found they had nailed it back in place. Their effort may have only taken two nails and two minutes, but I really appreciate what they did. Whenever I look at that railing now, I just think that Raintree must be a company of good, decent people."
