"Fantastic! Robert Southerland, the owner, came by, did a thorough inspection, told me what they had to do and what it would cost me. They were priced right. I, also, checked other deck restoration companies, some never showed up, some came by, but never heard back from again (I guess the job was too small). They were on time (which to me is very important), they first pressure washed the deck thoroughly, then painstakingly went around to each groove to patch up any that were cracked and applied primer. The next day Robert went around again to see if all the cracks were gone, caulked some rough spots, painted the deck and then finally sealed it. They really worked hard and did a tremendous job. Their attention to detail was impressive."

"I have used Larry twice back in 2016 and 2017 and gave him excellent reviews because he does excellent work. I emailed him a couple months ago about replacing my bathroom vanity. One of the very first things he said when he called was "oh, you thought I was expensive". On my first review of him I gave a "C" on price, C = average as far as I know and I thought that was fair since he was more expensive than some I researched (and very few qualified handymen have A prices to me - maybe because I'm not wealthy.) But after that research I CHOSE HIM because of his reviews and qualifications. When I paid him, I NEVER squawked about the price or rolled my eyes - he did a great job installing a new security front door. Then a few months later I chose him AGAIN to install two more security doors and make a pass through door from my carport shed out to the back yard. He made a comment beforehand suggesting maybe I wanted to get some more quotes since I gave him a "C" on price. My reply was that I was very happy with his work and I felt I got what I paid for and was good with that. So when I contact him for THIRD job and the very first thing is a comment on how I think he's expensive, I was a little put off. But I texted him some pictures of the vanity as HE asked and he never responded (I thought maybe he didn't know who sent them but we had just talked about it the day before). I was going to reach out again to him but decided not to. I explained and stood by my original review (which again, was overall an A), not once but twice; I will not defend it again, and if he can't get over that from 2016 after my using him twice then I'd have to give him a "D" on professionalism. I DO recommend his work but beware if you give him anything less than A's all around."

"My wife and I are extremely satisfied with the whole process and quality of the final product. John was able to come out the next day for an estimate after we called while other vendors couldn't schedule an estimate for at least 3 weeks out. John provided a great explanation of options available to us and details of the pending process. The actual job was scheduled 3 weeks out which was a very acceptable wait time for the start of the project. Chris and his crew Carlos and Lalo showed up promptly ontime for the start of the project and on each subsequent day. The quality of their work and work ethics were top notch. They were all professional, courteous and kept us informed throughout the process. Chris worked closely with us in choosing, mixing and make sure we were very happy with the final color before applying it to the concrete. The team cleaned the yard at the end of the project leaving no debris in the yard, as if they weren't there. Kari provided excellent communication and customer service throughout the entire process. The quality of the final product was outstanding and we are extrremely happy with the final color chosen. We highly recommend this vendor."
