"The heat remediation procedure was done the next week on 7/17/2014, the soonest they could schedule us.  In the meantime, we were putting all the bedding & soft materials through the dryer & pushing the beds & furniture away from the walls.  When the workers showed up to start the procedure (supposed to be from 8:00am till 4:00pm) they started bringing their equipment through the garage & I questioned about the garage being heat treated.  I was told, no, the garage would be treated with chemicals.  We went to Scottsdale for the day, and when we returned home when the work should be done, the workers were still in the house working, using both heat & chemicals.  We were told they weren't done, but would be soon.  They ONLY found bedbugs in the one original bedroom & saw 3 run out of the connecting bathroom.  We did NOT have them in the whole home as Gabriel had said.  When the workers left, the home was super hot so our air conditioning would not work yet.  We had to find other accommodations to sleep that night, which if we had known it was going to take so long, we would have scheduled the work on a Friday so it wouldn't inconvenience our work schedules the next day.  We started the follow up inspections after the work was done, but Justin (a WONDERFUL, WONDERFUL worker) kept finding at least one dead bed bug in the cups that they put under the bed legs (the bugs would try to climb up but would fall in the cups/interceptors).  Justin kept retreating what he thought might be the problem areas where somehow the bugs hadn't been killed completely.  After several follow up visits, finally Justin didn't find any more bugs so we began our warranty, which ends today.  Despite the misleading info I feel we were given by Gabriel about the location of the bedbugs, I do feel like the heat remediation was the best way to go because it treated the whole house at once, otherwise, I would fear the bedbugs running into the other areas of the home if we only treated the affected room, plus when Justin showed me a dead baby bed bug later, I know we never would have seen those super tiny babies, nor had the energy to go through EVERYTHING in the home, closets, etc, trying to track them down ourselves.  Apparently, according to Justin, it's very rare for the bed bugs to be confined to only room basically, plus we caught it almost immediately <br />"
