"A well-known pest company provided regular services for my parents’ home. A horrible stench developed near my dad’s room and said company diagnosed the issue as a rat infestation. They were going to charge my parents’ $13k to remediate the problem. Then I found Kai and Revamped. Within 20 minutes of arriving at the house, they found a dead raccoon lodged in a vent near the air handler. They removed it and THOROUGHLY cleaned the vent. "These guys are great! For the most part the regular service covers everything we need. I like that they only come every other month. Their communication is outstanding. We did have a bit of a bug problem a few years back due to the excessive rains and flooding which caused bugs to move into our house. I took pictures of the lingering pests and they were able to take care of the problem immediately. We also had a single scorpion come into our house and they had a technician out the very same day to spray the inside of our home. They are a great company to work with. We have been with them for years and see no reason to change providers."
