"Angel was the technician that came our way. It was just a $55 service fee to come take a look at our washers and dryer that had begun to have some issues ie: not spinning. We had troubleshot as much as we could on our own without trying to rip out the panels and fumble with the direct drive, etc. Turns out, it was easily diagnosed by the technician as a bearing issue. He pointed it out in both washers. The one he said was fine for a while longer but the second we would be better off replacing as the repair was going to cost about the same as replacing it etc. Looking at the dryer he wasn't totally sure, and that was simply us asking to take a gander as a courtesy since it wasn't part of the formal request, and he indicated it could be a number of things but overall each issue was going to be on the pricey range. From there he recommended to us the better washers and dryers in the market at the time to replace ours with so we could avoid costly maintenance. Being that we had Samsungs, what made them so costly were the parts themselves. I was very happy with his professionalism and his personable nature that assured us he wasn't yanking our chains and certainly wasn't going to lead us into further unnecessary maintenance. We will definitely be calling again if we have other appliances that need repair. Which seems to be a regular issue, these days, with the way they are built these days."
