"My garage door broke the other day. It was part old age and part self-inflicted. My efforts to try to fix it only made it worse, leaving my garage totally unusable with both cars stuck outside. This happened at night, so all the garage service companies were closed. I researched several garage repair companies and found Foothills Garage. I called first thing in the morning and Steve said he could be out within 1-2 hours. He arrived within the hour and determined I needed a new opener. This wasn’t the news I wanted to hear, but my opener was old and the price of a new one was reasonable and it came with new gadgets. He had to pick up the opener, so he left and told me he’d be back by 11am to install the new opener. By noon that day, the garage door was fixed, and both cars were parked in the garage!!! I had left messages for other garage door companies that morning, prior to contacting Foothills Garage. By the time they called me back, my garage door was already fixed! There was a slight manufacturer delay with delivery of the doors, but Hunter kept us up to date on a regular basis, and installed as promised. I called them this morning and spoke to the owner, John. He said they were running a special on replacing garage door springs. I had checked other places and his price was the best. His technician, Michael, came promptly, within the two hour window. Michael was very nice and explained everything as he was repairing the door.

While I was in the garage with him, my two year old granddaughter, locked the dead bolt to the door and I could not get back in the house. We banged, pleaded and yelled, but we could not hear her. I was worried something had happened to her! Michael volunteered to drill the lock out at no cost. He did so and we got back in right away and found her scared, but safe. He even swept up the metal pieces from the drilling!

I am very grateful to Michael and to his company for wonderful service above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you Michael, and Advantage very much!
