"Brad, the owner of Golden Belt Roofing, is very nice and very professional. When it came time to have my roof underlayment replaced, I requested several estimates. Except for one outlier, the estimates came back fairly close in price. Brad offered a two-layer system with competitive pricing. He took the time to explain how the system works. It made a lot of sense. When I decided to hire him, he put me on the schedule about 10 days out. On the project start day, his crew showed up on time (5:00 or 5:30 in the morning) and got to work right away. They looked experienced and confident in what they did. They protected my plants and other stuff on the ground. Brad personally got on the roof and did quality checks throughout the process. The crew found that the builder was crimping on tiles and did not overlap them properly. When they put the tiles back, they made sure that issue was corrected. They ended up adding a new row of tiles to the roof. As a result, they needed twice as many tiles as Brad had budgeted for breakage. Brad did not charge extra for that. Brad told me that they would complete the job in three days, and they did (the crew needed to add one hour to the final day). I highly recommend Brad and his team for a roofing job. His estimate may or may not be the lowest, but he takes good care of his client. His crew is working on my next-door neighbor's roof as I write this review."

"DO NOT GIVE A DIME OF YOUR $$$ Evan the owner came out and gave me a solid estimate. Some time went by and I finally was ready on my end so I call him and let him know I was ready and would like to get on the schedule. He sated he was about 3 weeks out at the time. I said no problem and paid the 50% deposit he asked for. Just under $8k down upfront. He said he ordered the metal and would let me know when it was ready. After paying the deposit have not heard a single peep from them. I finally got a text back saying metal would be in and he would be out that next Thursday to start the job. Thursday comes and goes, than Friday, the weekend and the next week. Meanwhile I have called and text countless times and can only reach his assistant that always had a different excuse and would just transfer me to Evans voice-mail. Complete joke of a company and trying to scam people out of hard earned $. Thankfully I put the deposit on a card and just disputed it to get mine back. Stay clear"

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! They came out and replaced my roof in February. It has leaked 5 times since then. Instead of fixing the roof, they?ve added about 2 gallons of caulking around the ac unit. I told them it would still leak, they said no, and then it leaked again. And again. And again. And again. And again. I told them the water damage indoors would make my 40 pound ceiling light fall, they said no. The next morning it fell 14 feet about a foot away from my head. I had another leak last week (not shocking at all considering half the shingles are not laid properly, and they just ?fixed it? by slopping sealant all over a ?brand new roof?). This time they refused to fix the water damage inside, and PAINTED OVER the bubbling paint and damaged drywall. They never paid me for the light fixture, never fixed the tiles in my kitchen that got broken from the light falling. They never fixed my roof and they didn?t fix the water damage inside. I paid 20k for a new roof only to have ext"

"Very good experience! Orville, Martin, and their painting crew were top-notch. Initially we were somewhat skeptical that our house could be painted in only 2 days with professional quality results. But once a couple of initial delays were overcome, the work was indeed completed in 2 days and we couldn't be happier with the results. "Had some water showing on an upstairs bedroom after the major storms we got in Gilbert. The Home Warranty company connected us with Joe. He came out the next morning, indented the issue and after approval from the HW company, fixed it during the same visit. He was thorough explaining the issue and providing photographs each step of the way. He also helped identify other problem areas which he also repaired and gave us a full explanation of the status of our roof. Would gladly recommend him for any future roofing needs. "
