Jake was effective in working with us and our insurance company in helping us understand the process, from the initial visit by the claims adjustor, all the way through the final roofing install. The roofing crew were very professional and efficient. They replaced an area of bad decking, kept a clean job site and finished in just 2 days. As an additional item, we elected to have them install solar power roof vents, which will help keep our attic cooler in the hot Oklahoma summers. "It went pretty good.  I had all the materials for them to use.  The kick plate was too tall.  Will need to find the right size.  The front door has a crack in it, which I thought would fill in with the wood filler.  It was in a bad spot, so when the stain was applied, it did not fill in. I will clear coat it, add the kick plate & insulation.   I will have John will come out again - will look at his coupons & get a list together.  Definitely need the porch light replaced soon.  We also discussed a possible electrical issue with the porch light - seems the builder /electrician (1988) may have connected the front light switch with the hall bathroom & bedroom lights.  I was glad that John was able to schedule me, it was 2 months!   John & Wayne were very nice & I will call again soon! "

"This repair service was the best fix-it experience I have ever had. The servicemen arrived exactly at the time we had agreed upon, brought the tools and supplies they needed. They repaired the air return that I had called about; better than it was originally, ensuring that the problem wouldn't happen again. The job was finished so quickly and expertly that I ask if they did plumbing repair, also. I had a dripping faucet that a plumber had told me would have to be replaced at a cost of about $200.00 plus a service call. Mr. Smith said to let him take a look at it; and he repaired it in about ten minutes. The cost of both jobs was a fraction of what I had been quoted for just a service call to access the problems. Both servicemen were very professional and respectable & didn't leave a mess. I will recommend them to anyone that needs service or repairs to their home and will definitely call on them again when things happen, around the house, as they always seem to do. "For the price that we paid, I feel that we received a good value. The work was done well and in a somewhat timely manner. There was a delay when the painter had to leave town due to illness in the family. This was unavoidable and Roger communicated with us throughout. Roger's employees are true artist. They came up with affordable solutions for some issues that we had. There are a few places that the paint work was a little sloppy, but considering that we paid about 20% less than the next lowest estimate, we can't complain. The reason that we won't use this company again? The valve that supplies water to our dishwasher broke off during a day early on in the remodel. This was no fault of the crew, just an old valve. The problem is that no one told us this had happened. We turned our dishwasher on and left and when we came back, everything inside, including the end of one of the washer "blades" had melted. I called Roger and we agreed that we would pay to fix the valve and he would pay to replace the damaged dishwasher "blade". He advised me that he had ordered the part, which I had researched and knew to cost around $90. Three weeks later, he said that the part still had not come in. I advised him that I would like to withhold the $125 balance for the completed job until the part was installed. He agreed that was fair. It is 2 months later and we never heard back from Roger about the replacement part. Not only has he not called us, but he has ignored the 2 times that I attempted to contact him to ask about the part. This is extremely unprofessional. If not for that one thing, I would definitely hire him in the future. It's a shame that he ended our contact this way.
