"Ben with Green Clean’s 24/7 response promptly arrived at my home and met me in tears. My husband and I had discovered very sentimental items, to be wet. Immediately a thorough inspection was conducted using specialized equipment, to locate the water. The source of water was determined to have been a main shower valve failure. Ben sat me down and explained the importance of elimination the water and why. Outlined before me was a plan of action, that made sense and brought me peace of mind and reassurance, that the problem would be dealt with at once, to prevent further damage. "I just recently had a duct cleaning done by a reputable company after moving into another home. The time and manner in which they performed the service was well beyond what I had experienced with Top Dog. So, that is why this complaint is being filed after more than 1 yr. Top Dog advertised (and still do) $99 for 10 ducts and $15 for each additional duct. Also, they said there would be an additional nominal charge for being outside of their normal area. My home had 14 ducts, so the service charge should have been $159; however, they charged $400 plus $30 tax. In addition for the exorbitant bill, only one guy was there for 1 hr, failed to clean several of the ducts, and instead of using a large vacuum hose placed at the furnace plenum and compressed air via the vents, they only used a small brush ad vacuum hose via the vents. Clearly, I received unsatisfactory service (now that I know how it should be done) and was grossly overcharged. Its outrageous that Top Dog has an A+ rating with the BBB. I would never recommend their service and disgusted that they are still in operation."

Chad was very responsive and detailed 2 separate projects which were completed in 2020. Involved mold mitigation, painting, ceramic tile and carpeting replacement throughout most of the lower level.
