Hello, I am Sam the Handy Man, I am a Licensed Building Contractor in the State of Minnesota and fully insured up to a million dollars per state requirements.\n\nI started this as a handyman business and quickly moved up into larger jobs and now focus mostly on remodels basements bathrooms interior remodels but I can handle anything exterior and exterior on residential homes. \nBeing licensed allows me to hire subcontractors for plumbing and electrical if needed. But I can work on existing electrical and existing plumbing. \nI try to work 5 to 6 days a week, I offer free quotes. My typical hours run between 8 and 9, to 3 to 4. For most jobs I charge by the hour, material costs are on the client, and I have a general contract everybody signs.

Technician determined the blower motor was dead and replaced it as well as looked over the AC unit itself. Cost of parts was standard and cost of labor was very reasonable. "What they actually cleaned, they cleaned well.  Left many things undone, and unacceptable shortcuts taken.  Did not clean under beds.  Anything on the floor was piled on top of the beds, including trash, and left there.  Stuff left on the floor under beds, by walls and nightstands.  Some sections of furniture were not touched as far as dusting.  1 entire wall unit/bookshelf in the living room was not touched.  Cobwebs in several corners remained.  Stove and fridge were done well.  A team of 3 was there for 3 hours, yet I was charged for 10 or 11 hours.
