They are both very nice, patient (especially since I?m a worrywart), knowledgeable, communicative, organized, and conscientious. At least one of them was here each day of the project to ensure that I was pleased and to personally take care of any items that may have been overlooked by the crews. They are rare individuals who care about their customers and have pride in the work done. I was informed every step of the way and there were no surprises. "Fantastic! Devin and his team remodeled three of the four bedrooms in my townhouse in Clarendon: the first about four years ago and the other two bathrooms two years ago. He also built me a new closet in the master bedroom. The entire experience was amazing. The work is top quality - years later it still looks perfect and I have not had any problems - and his team is polite, professional, timely and they left my home spotless when they left. "If I could give this company a 6 out of 5 stars I would! They did a fantastic job overhauling my mother's deck, back patio, fencing, and front portico. All of the work was absolutely essential for safety and structural reasons, and I'm so glad I chose OSSA to do the work. My mother has Alzheimer's, which presented additional issues, but the entire crew was incredibly kind, respectful, and understanding of the unique challenges they faced. They were responsive and kept me aware of everything regarding the job along the way. My mother is so pleased, and I have the peace of mind that all of her outdoor space is safe, beautiful, and accessible. They worked with us and explained every step of the process, helping us with design decisions and selections. The end product, our new kitchen, is of the highest quality. "I highly recommend True Decks (Deck Master) - Fernando Rivera came by, spent a couple hours explaining all the choices and answering all our questions. They were able to do exactly what we wanted (compared to other companies who wouldn't) and they promptly sent my estimate. (Note: They were 1/2 of what another company quoted). Since mine was a 'small' job (see photo), they were able to squeeze me in while waiting on permits/materials on other jobs. When they called right after the snowstorm on Sunday and said they could come on Wednesday, I was surprised. Selvin Aguilera and his assistant Luis showed up bright and early Wednesday in 30 degree weather and proceeded to work all day. I was VERY impressed with their meticulous attention to detail. I could tell they are very proud of their work. By Thursday at noon - another day of freezing temps and wild winds - they were finished, and it is beautiful! I highly recommend them for anyone wanting a new porch or deck."

"I submitted an estimate request through their website. Received a reply from Robert that they are "scheduling new construction into July", which was fine. Then he asked for "dimensions or approximate square footage" of the patio, which I provided, along with the pictures of the area. I also specifically mentioned the material (concrete): "I'd probably want a concrete leveled with the concrete slab that is already there". Robert replied: "Thank you for the clarification – that is very helpful" and states that they schedule estimates for 3 weeks away - no problem, I made an appointment between 10-11 AM. On the date of appointment Robert emails at 9:50 AM to tell me that appointment needs to be rescheduled due “Due to the expected weather today”. It was raining in the early morning, but stopped at the time of our appointment (mind you, I had other contractors keeping appointments in the rain). He offers to provide “ballpark costs for the patio you want and compare the paver vs. Flagstone cost”. Why would I want “ballpark” estimate after waiting for him to come for 3 weeks and also after I had made it clear that I wanted all concrete patio? I replied that I wanted to have the real estimate for all-concrete patio, which would require his visit. And then Robert drops the final bomb on me: “We unfortunately do not install concrete patios – only paver or Flagstone”. I understand they have more business than they can handle now and can be picky with the jobs they take on. My project, obviously, was not big enough for them, but they knew the scope of my project and still refused to even show up for an estimate. Everyone of their competitors that I contacted at least kept their appointments and had been professional."

"Click did a great job updating our kitchen and sunroom. Both rooms were last renovated in the 1970's and definitely needed some attention. Alan listened to our requests, made recommendations, and brought the whole thing together. My family left town for duration of the work and Alan did a good job communicating and sending pictures. Work was completed on schedule and within budget even with the unexpected things you find in an older home. Highly recommended."
