"I had multiple contractors come look at it, and most of them would not perform the work! apparently foundation contractors won't repair foundations that have been damaged in manners other than sinking (e.g. roots pushing it up). Oscar and his team offered to fix the problem, and the root, and he gave me two separate quotes based what was uncovered after removing the flooring to see the extent of the damage the roots caused. He was very responsive via text and phone, and was able to work in the short term (which i appreciate due the to sale of the home). I also added on some additional work to replace garage doors with a brick wall, and he texted me pictures of the different brick materials to make sure I agreed the color would be sufficient. I did have to haggle with him a little bit back and forth regarding the removal of the construction material debris and the cost for it, but we came to an amicable agreement based on his initial quote. I later needed a quick fix for an exterior attic vent that was damaged by animals, and Oscar replaced quickly for a good price!"
